Had a quiet day so to much screen time but it allowed me to monitor the situation a bit.

The cancelling towards DAZN and Sky is a real thing, everyone talks about it and many seem to do it. There were talks that already 11000 people did it in Puglia. I’m not sure about the specific 60k Tweet.

In 2006 we didn’t had social media, at least now we have some power and especially the Italian community to cancel their contracts.

If you look to twitter its a post related to this every few seconds and has been like that throughout the day, with some reposts but many new ones.

Hopefully this movement grows because I honestly wouldn’t know what else could help the club. Someone did the maths, we have 8m fans in Italy, if 500k cancel their subscription DAZN would lose 150m in tv money and it would cause chaos everyone just assumes.

Anyway I’m happy for the fact that everyone is unite, everyone is willing to defend the club
It is not like the 8 mil are subscribers
3 could be using the same subscription.. or even more

This doesn’t strike me as similar to calciopoli. We are not being demoted there shouldn’t be a mass sell off like 2006. There was a solid chance we were going to miss out on CL for long parts of this season and we could have still missed out on it if we continued playing poorly.

it’s also not like calciopoli in that the other clubs aren’t powerful like before. There is no prime minister involved or oil tycoon it’s primarily driven by financial authorities from outside football. Also the accusation is cooking books not cheating or refs. We can be okay doesn’t have to be total disaster
Yeah except this is only the beginning, we have multiple of cases against us. The next would be the unpaid salary during covid. They might as well strip all of our points away.

Where the fuck are you getting the 3-year ban from UEFA.

For all I care. Ceferein had a thing with Andrea and he is gone. Unless he is an asshole and can't be shut out by Elkan.
It is not like UEFA rules are not that clear compared to Italy system.

And as far as it goes.. UEFA is looking for FFP violations up enabling registration ability at UCL. it could or could not be the case.. no one has a clue.

It could be fines for all I care from UEFA.

We should completely focus on making sure everyone else is treated the same as I 100% sure this is a practice everyone is doing.

I hope we take it to the highest levels possible. I hope they force the league to stop, UEFA bans Serie A, chaos reigns and we bring the rest of this rotten and putrid league down with us. They want us destroyed, they’ve been plotting this ever since we started pissing all over this league again after Farsopoli. Now we need to burn it all down.
My main take here... if everyone is doing it... we should make sure everyone is treated the same way.

From Gjustjuve telegram

From what I'm reading... Why Juve and not the others:

Juventus FC was not punished because of Plusvalenze (profit). During the process other points were raised from prosecutor Giuseppe Chinè:

Disloyalty: The names were or skills from the players were not important but the needed value was. On a paper from Paratici you can see he uses a "x" instead of a name.
Leaked calls: Only Juventus was under observation and in a leaked conversation between Cherubini & Paratici you can hear Paratici saying Plusvalenza is ok, even if you put 4M or 10M it doesn't change. ==> Here they say the bad intentions are clear
Falsing the league: Accused of alternating the league because the plusvalenze were faking the books and gave the possibility to sign new players that were playing in the league and giving Juventus a benefit. while other teams were obliged to sell 20 goals scorers.

Ps: this is what Giuseppe Chinè used in the court as a strategy. He knew that Plusvalenza couldn't be punished because there is no rule for this. So he used the "bad intention" card.
That's why the requested 9 deduction points were accepted and even increased to reach 15points

Juventus decided to appeal because they feel they were judged without equity. They feel the witch hunt. Targeting Juve only as a political act.

Makes some sense..
Not plusvalenza.. it is the disloyalty and bad intentions.. lol... 15 points...

While any plusvalenza is a disloyalty of some sort..

+ eventually.. it is still in the books and have to deal with it.

Kangaroo court system extremely laughable.

Following the Juventus sentence, there have have been threats to prosecutor Giuseppe Chiné and to Gabriele Gravina's partner (for a false social media story). Reports to the authorities are in progress. [@sportface2016)

Why only Juve was punished? "The process was reopened on the basis of the papers of the Prisma investigation of the Turin's prosecutor's office, that concerned only the Juventus members."

The other clubs who took part in these deals are also being investigated. Within 10 days the salary manoeuvre investigation around Juve will be concluded and another heavy points deduction is possible as there is strong evidence. Then remains the UEFA investigation: exclusion from European competitions is a real risk.

"It's a shame. The ways, the times, the incomprehensibility. No one could explain the 15 penalty points to me. Why not 9 as the prosecution demanded, or 30 if the wrongdoing was so serious? Where are the other companies? I expect a clear explanation."

Absolutely agreed. And if that fails I want our former executive to turn prosecution witnesses and bring down every single other club that we have ever done a deal with
