https://football-italia.net/cherubini-on-locatelli-deal-how-can-sassuolo-treat-us-like-arsenal/

Im so surprised that this is reaching the news now. This was clear for ages. Inter/Cagliari, Milan/Genoa, Juve/Sassuolo all these clubs have been making transfers in synergy. What about Lukaku and Casadei this summer.

And the biggest question what makes me really doubt this situation, why the hell would they put a tap on Bini’s phone 1,5 year ago when he just became a director. That doesn’t make sense. You can’t tap someone just because he’s a director. That would mean that they’re all under a wiretap 24/7.

Police can’t just tap someone for obvious reasons. And if a public prosecutor agrees to tapping someone, it will be for a certain amount of time which has to be extended by permission of a public prosecutor or a judge, and this could potentially vary from month(s) to years depending on the issue. In Italy it should be extended every time by 15 days. Someone has to be a suspect of something and there has to be clear evidence that the suspect is still actively involved in criminal activities. So in Bini’s case, they should’ve offered a public prosecutor the evidence that Bini was doing something wrong for -probably- 1,5 years cut in pieces of 15 days. If Tici still was our director I would’ve believed it, but for someone who got promoted from our youth sector and survived the purge in our board, it makes it very hard to believe to be honest. It doesn’t seem to me that Bini was involved in shady things and therefore probably wasn’t followed by law enforcement in this particular way. And we shouldn’t forget the practical side, because it requires a lot of personal to document everything, a investigation has to go somewhere.

And if the club is wrong for working with Sassuolo, it would cause a domino effect involving many Serie A clubs.

Not trying to be biased here or think in conspiracies, but since there quotes are coming from GDS and we knew their role and ownership in ‘06 im suspecting them of trying to get to public opinion (even more) against us.

GDS is owned by RSC media group, whose major shareholder is Urbano Cairo (50%+), also the chairman of the group. Della Valle has 7% stake in the group. Those articles are written at Torino and Fiorentina offices. No credibility whatsoever.

Who needs Inter fans hating us when we have Juve fans like Hist who thinks Calciopoli was legit, Turin is a shithole, and the club are cheaters, and Andy who agrees with Burke that he can’t wait for the club to be relegated and have to sell all its players.

McKennie and Fagioli would destroy Serie B even if we kept Saint of Slow Ball.

You're being dumb.

I understand your message and I get what you are trying to say. If you were really worried about this, you'd be able to post the actual percentages. (50%+ means nothing, give it to us, Impaler.)

However.

As an outsider, you aren't answering any questions. What you are doing is sitting somewhere and when a finger points at you, you're pointing a finger back without taking into account any aspect of "why."

Why are the fingers pointed at you? Genuinely give me that breakdown.

If your response is anything other than "I" or "we" statements, then you've failed.

I don't give a hell about the shareholders of RSC or DDOD Group or my Mom's poon tang group.

Why do I care about anything you have to say? Stop being a clown and telling me why everyone else is to blame, tell me why you aren't.

Wait, wait.

So Calciapoloipopolio wasn't legit? Pls Explain.
Turin is a shithole. So is Munich, Amsterdam, Helsinki. They all have shitty parts. What's your point?
Do you not think your club has done anything wrong? pls Explain.
Leave Andy out of this.

Now, this is important.

Juventus is a strong club, a willful club, and an admirable club. You have so much to be proud of. You sit here and pretend I have nothing but desire for your downfall when that isn't true at all. I want a good Juve. You've housed persons like Scirea, Zidane, Deschamps, Thuram, Nedved, Buffon, Del Piero.......Sivori; genuine legends of the sport. If I have made you think I want you to be shitty, then I have done you a disservice. I want a good Juve. We, the football world, need a good Juve.

I don't want you to be relegated, I don't want your players to genuinely leave, I want you to challenge the Milans and Madrids and Munichs. This isn't about what I want at all, in fact, it's what we all need. You used to look Baresi and Maldinis (now three-generations deep) in the eyes, and they feared the Old Lady.

With anything powerful, there is a double-edged sword.

What have you done well and what have you done poorly? It's okay to ask questions of those above you as it is to ask those below.

Get better, be better.

But don't for one moment thing I actually want you to fall to the wayside and have the cunt Inters be the strong-suit of Italian football.

I demand more and better of you. Period.

I don't even care about your club most days, but I care about football everyday.

"Said allegations stem from the club’s claim that the players, during the height of the pandemic in 2020, had given up four months wages. It seemed, at the time, a noble gesture from the players with the club in significant hardship during lockdown, but the prosecutor’s office seems to have uncovered evidence that the team paid the players most of those wages under the table.

If that allegation is in fact true, it’s a significant problem for Juventus. Falsifying a club’s books is bad on a number of levels, but in Juve’s case it’s actually worse that it would’ve been, because Juventus are publicly traded and listed on the Italian stock exchange. That means their accounts are subject to far more stringent rules than most other clubs."

Oh shit, sounds like exactly what I wrote above!

https://www.blackwhitereadallover.c...i-john-elkann-gianluca-ferrero-alex-del-piero
actually Juventus made a press release in 2020 where they said that those months wouldn't be paid unless Serie A restarded.
If it restarted they'll make fair agreements with the players to pay them up. Juventus books close at 30/06 while Serie restarted in August.
Consob saying Juventus should've still written down the debt for players salaries even if. Instead players forfaited 1month and the other 3 months paid next season with some months having double salary as some players said. Nothing under the table. Just paid next fiscal year which is the problem for Consob.

UNDERSTANDING WITH THE PLAYERS AND THE COACH OF THE FIRST TEAM
Turin, 28 March 2020 - Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that, due to the current global health emergency is
preventing the performance of the sporting activity, it has reached an understanding with the players and the coach of
the First Team regarding their compensation for the residual portion of the current sport season.
The understanding provides for the reduction of the compensation for an amount equal to the monthly wages of March,
April, May and June 2020. In the coming weeks, personal agreements with the players and the coach will be finalised,
as required by the current regulations.
The economic and financial effects of the understanding reached are positive for about EUR 90 million in the
2019/2020 financial year.
Should the current season's matches be rescheduled, the Club will negotiate in good faith with the players and the
coach conditional increases of compensations according to the actual resumption and finalisation of official
competitions.

Juventus would like to thank the players and the coach for their commitment at a difficult time for everyone.

Hey guys, I been trying my best to follow along but there’s just so much new going around that I don’t know what to believe or make of it. Can anyone summarize what’s going on and what are the most likely (and realistic) penalties? Has any reliable or legit source come out and spoke of what penalties can be dished out?

Wait a minute, so Consob wants to have on the books salaries which weren't paid? Wtf is this?

So what was the point of the salary maneuvers if you can't postpone them? Afaik a lot of clubs did something so that the costs would be lower at the expense of paying them later. Otherwise it doesn't make sense at all to me.

A wiretap reveals that the rights to Ihattaren belonged to Mino Raiola. If so, there is a risk of Juventus having violated Fifa rules on third parties and risk heavy punishment.

UEFA would be waiting for the files from Turin to proceed on the Juventus case. The problem wouldn't be accounting entrants that were shifted by a few years but if there would be evidence of off-the-books payments to relieve the budget.

They consider those salaries part of the 2020 report, which is correct, hence the club should have accrued the cost. I thought it was the opposite, we payed but postponed the cost to the next fiscals. Regardless, I see examples like these every day, usually if auditors insists, you revise position and move on.

It makes sense from the point of cash flow. However, at the end of fiscal you need to accrue all the costs that are related to current year, regardless of the payment. But this honestly isnt worth the headlines.
