Ambani is king of petro chemicals, among a bunch of other things.
These transfers are being investigated. Well good luck I’d say, because for every transfers there are two teams involved. Some are so strange, what’s wrong with the Bonucci/Caldara swap?
Have to say that I fully understand that alarm bells are going when they saw that someone was willing to pay for Emre Can, but that investigation should be done in Germany

I get that swaps could benefit both teams financially (short-term), but inflating their values only comes to bite you long-term in the form of depreciation (see Arthur).
But then, what is there to investigate when another team just buys one of our players? What does Dortmund have to gain from overpaying for Can? This is dumb and good luck to them proving any of this shit.
