Wow you have so much knowledge more then the accounting experts on tuz. What do you make of the statement made by Deloitte?
They didnt consider it to be an issue. If we are referring to the statement few pages back.

In general you can always press the auditors and usually I meet them halfways. I mean I can always just change them after the contract expires if they nitpick.

Wait a minute, so Consob wants to have on the books salaries which weren't paid? Wtf is this?

So what was the point of the salary maneuvers if you can't postpone them? Afaik a lot of clubs did something so that the costs would be lower at the expense of paying them later. Otherwise it doesn't make sense at all to me.
In fact we wouldn't be in any problems if weren't on the stock market.
Since we're in we have to follow strict rules about accounting and announcement to investors.
If you look into 2020 books there are at least 3-4 pages where every phrase start with "Risk of "

So what's this all about? we're being investigated by consob for this.
Meanwhile medias are releasing old wiretappings which are old stuff since Juventus and other 11 clubs already faced a sportive trial in summer where everyone got found not guilty.
But you say what does it matter? why releasing again now if there have been already a trial? they wanna build up the people and have another trial about the same shit which isn't possible in italian law to be persecuted twice for the same crime/shit.
That's their goal. Somehow bend the rules to trial us again on plusvalenze since hardly wages trial will touch us on a sporting level.
So they're pumping and pumping

I love Beppe, but it's amusing that in this instance Italy looks like a country where only a handful of people are employable. Recycled between clubs.
This shit isn't exclusively to italy though. Look at the US with it's huge ass population, and yet you have people like Trump and Biden, an orange and a dead man, fighting it out between them who gets to be president.
