It's a matter of time for us to get the points back, but seriously there should be legal ramifications not only for fucking with our league position but for the investors as well. Chine is a fraud, he wanted to be a hero and take a shot at us and the whole system allowed it to happen.

Serious question though can the lack of cooperation from the figc to produce the required docs or if the document(s) suggests a vendetta through a technicality can that bring to question the other charges against us? I mean Chine is quite literally a noob in his methods to bring charges against us.

Today the indiscretions that leak about Juventus speak of a -15 canceled points but of a substantial penalty at the end of the championship for the salary maneuver case.

UEFA has asked the Turin Prosecutors office for the acts of indiscretion they have against Juventus

Fucked up our season even worse with a scam -15 deduction which is gonna get cancelled… and then will try to go for a massive points deduction at the end of the season based on whatever will keep us out of CL places.

Only in Italy do they consistently try to destroy their biggest and most successful club over and over again.

Plusvalenza was used to kill morale & the salary case will be used to finish us off. We are guilty no matter what we do in Italy.

Anyone know if we're likely to be found guilty in the saleries case as in we definitely did wrong or is it still only accusations at this point?

I know there was a group chat but is there actual evidence that we definitely payed that money or is there a good chance we can come out of this unscathed?

De ligt and De sciglio provided important information during the questioning with the prosecutor team and also an email to Ronaldo talking about some payment though it is not signed by Ronaldo. I don't know what the statute of limitations law is in Italy
