Juventus Football Club and its legal team have carefully read and will analyse in depth the justifications, recently published, pertaining to the decision of the United Sections of the Federal Court of Appeal.
It is a document, predictable in terms of content, in light of the heavy decision, but vitiated by obvious illogicalities, motivational deficiencies and unfounded in terms of law, which the Company and individuals will oppose with an appeal to the Guarantee Board at CONI within the set deadlines.
The validity of Juventus' reasons will be asserted firmly, albeit with the respect due to the institutions that issued it.

The FIGC kinda confirms that Juventus made all the deals with ghosts. No wire taps they say, but the fact all other clubs signed of on the deals is a small matter.

Lawyer Avv. Donofrio : "Ample margins of appeal for Juve , the law in force only provides for a fine how Juve is given a 15 points penalty is beyond me. (Tuttojuve)

Don't think it matters what we do. I expect the deduction to stay. Speaking up and saying sheikhs are great and UEFA is such a wonderful organization, would maybe solve most problems though. Picking a fight against an organization with the power only smaller than FIFA was an obvious mistake. UEFA has more power than nations have and we thought we could put up a fight, lol. Proud of the willingness to clean football though.

Finally, I don't want the super league. UEFA is as corrupt as any illegal organization but I would prefer their format over the super league.

Let me get this straight. There is an actual document called the black book of Tici and its written by the guy who used to it to get him sacked and take his position, only for it to be used by the courts against the coup instigator himself causing his own sacking and the destruction of the club

You can't script this
