So it seems the puzzles are coming together.

And, man, what a huge disappointment of a mercato this is. What a huge let down. Just when I thought of how CL glory will bring us back on the top, no, we signed players that were available to us even before reach CL finals. D.Costa, Matuidi, Bernardeschi & Bonucci sold.

I have a feeling we're Inter trying to bounce back.

We are doing exactly the opposite of what Inter did after they won the CL.

PSG this mercato.

Until they inevitably get knocked out in the QF of the CL by Barca.

 I don't see that comparison either.

you mean like we went for rejects like pirlo, barzagli, tevez, cuadrado?

man those turned out horrible.

marotta has brought the club 6 league titles, and 2 cl finals.

what have you brought to the club? fuck all. so do everyone a favor and fuck off, muppet

7 trophies and CL Finalist x2 in the past 3 seaons and we are linked with players like Matiudi, N'Zonzi and Emre Can
It's like we don't have no reputation whatsoever. Like we're in a position to sign rejects & hot prospects only.

But that just says a lot about our status as a club. Sure, we can still do good, but it's the fact we're not able to sign top players despite the CL finals. The best we can hope for is that the career revival of our players is successful.

Ffs, 90 % of this "linking rumours" are just plain bs. Written by someone like this :stupid:
Beppster and Paratici wanted Matuidi here for a couple of years at least. I am not happy with his signing, but maybe they know a little bit more about football, so there is no point to jump the gun about it.
And what are that "top players" everyone talking about? I don't see any top CM this year on the market, zero of them.

Costa, Bernie and possibly Keita are all great signings. Matuidi would be overpaid and not all that useful. Please don't do it. I'd prefer to pay 40 for Nzonzi, at least he'd suit our system. Hell I would've prefered Benassi over Matuidi.

It's because we keep selling our best players, every season.

I am, in terms of price and wage. Absolutely.

Come on man, Benassi is a Rincon-level player, he is as average as it gets. Matuidi is no world-beater either, but there is still a helluva gap between them. It's ridiculous.
I am not event talking about what either of them bring to the table, Benassi is basically Mont Olivo light, while Matuidi is a dumb as a rock, but runs like madman and covers a lot of ground. Hell, I would've chosen Baselli before Benassi, at least he has some dog in him.
