latest news on sports.it is that Moggi will resign before the decision of the board on Thursday.

Giraudo, however should stay. If we didmiss him, we should pay him 16M of damages, plus another 16M if we want to buy his stock options. His contract ends in 2007, so he'll probably end it.

for me i think the time for moggi to go has come, it is not good for the team to be constantly implicated in scandals which have moggi's dirty fingerprints all over them. as has been pointed out his supposed transfer genius is, perhaps, exagerated. when people point to gigi, thuram and nedved as evidence they forget that in reality its the first team coach who identifies his targets, its up to the management to then purchace them and with the money juve had from selling zizou that was never going to be a problem.
bettega is the only member of la triade that i would like to stay but i suppose a clean sweep of the corridors of power is the only way to distance ourselves from the accusations that are constantly thrown at our team.
capello can go i really dont care if he won us the title his objective was to return us to the top of europe and with him at teh helm we are going backwards. spaletti or prandelli would be my choices however donadoni has a promisiing future ahead of him, but for the love of god the people who call for vialli had better come off teh drugs. at chelsea they had a great squad and the threw money at the team and while he won cups the league was a failure for him and then there is the watford disaster.
lastly platini would not be a choice for me, while i loved him as a player he is not management material, he carries a lot of power in fifa as a beurocrat but he will not leave there as he is lining up to take over whenever the top job becomes available, that is his onjective and leaving for juve would kill his dream

off topic..
sorry for my confusion, but who will be the heir, lapo elkann or andrea agnelli?

this of course is if the triade is stepping down...
my new dream triade:
vice chairman : lippi
general manager : vialli

coach : prandelli

lippi won't come yet, coz he'll want to achieve great things with azurri(and he will) but one day he should come home to juve...

For those who don't mind the Triade leaving I ask you one thing.. Give me a maangement that is will to cover the costs of one of the biggest clubs in world + make profit + win alot of titles without a single dime from a backer (i.e. Morrati @ Inter, berlusconi @ milan, Abrahomovic @ Chelsea)..
What the Triade have done with Juve is like a Miricle... The reason that there is a black aura around them is because no-one wants to beleive it. They are great businessmen who have put their talent at Juve's service. Doping case was dismissed, Cannavaro's doping dismissed, bribing refs and cheating dismissed ..etc And now phone calls.. Other clubs and their press are just so jelous of what the triade and juventus have acheived and because they cannot replicate it they come out trying to make them look dirty.
Milan with all their money have not been able to get any silverware in 2 seasons now (providing we manage to keep our lead and win the scudetto this year). Inter with their HUGE funding from moratti couldn't not acheive better than Coppa italia once in 10 years. For gods sake if Juve had Moratti's funding with the Triade management we would be able to win every single match, let alone every trophy (providing Lippi is the coach :D couldn't help it :D ) . You say Tamoil's logo sucks, I say their money is sparkling. Whats a terrible logo on the shirt worth when you get 150 million euro's for it?? Our only quetionable goal this season was DP's against Udinese.. All the media came our saying that it was a clear offside and the ref cheated infavour of Juve. When you draw the lines properly DP was either onside or just barely offside.. The huge difference was just a fishy camera angle. With such a fast play the ref it was a very very difficult call for the ref to call it offside. Why don't Inter be considered cheater when half of their pentaly kicks (which is more than what we got all season) are wrongly called. Infact they are so wrongly called you really think that one of the Inter players called it not the ref. But hey why bothere call inter cheaters, they won't win anything anyway. Why don't we call Milan cheaters when they had a couple of offside goals plus questionable PKs and long injury time. Why just call Juve cheaters when they haven't benifit from any of that??
The Triade have not done anything wrong, they have been accused many times, and will continue to get accused till the day they put pen to their resignation paper..
Is that how you support your management in the time of need? I hope you all reconsider what you are saying by looking back to what Juve have acheived in the past 13 years.

Later.

I really like the part of this post about cheating. All of the Juve haters need to get over it. Refs make mistakes and just because Juve is a huge team the mistakes get overanalyzed after the match. I was just reading on yahoo about some mistakes in Juve matches and the a**hole writer was suggesting Juve paid the refs to ignore fouls and overturn a goal....for instance the foul on Ronaldo and a goal by Canna while he was at Parma. My question is, if the refs were paid then who paid them to ignore the fact that Dida was WAY off his line during the champions leage final a few years ago? He was pretty much right at the feet of the Juve players before they even finished their run-up to the ball. Did Roma pay the ref when Montella dived and Thuram got sent off even though he never touched him? In last weeks match vs. Parma, the ball hit the arm of a Milan player in the box and it looked like he stuck his arm out a bit. Again, there was no call. Did Ancelotti pay the ref before the game? NO, IT WAS A MISTAKE BY THE REF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All of the bitching and moaning by Inter, and Lazio, to name a few has to stop. If your fans and team were not a buch of Hitler-lovin' Nazis maybe you could win a scudetto.

could'nt have said it any better!!!! nice post bozi and nice thinkiing. i agree regarding moggi to be honest there are loads of question marks regarding him and his transfer thoeries and its about time we get new blood into juventus. its time for another generation to take over the traide. as for vialli, deschamps and platini as nomneies for capello's postion well i dont think they should take over at all. first of all both vialli and deschamps lack experience and u cant really compare juventus with monaco what soo ever. as for platini i think he does not have coachiong in his mind other wise he would've manged the national french team. i think he is into fifa way too much at the moment. i think spalleti and prandelli
are the best at the monent to take over capellos position. or my recommendation and dream which is getting ippi back to turin!!!!!!! i think mr juve knows how to reconstruct a team with new blood and new talents

i return to moggi again and the question marks surropunding his transfers, o offense but i do agree with buffon, emerson, nedved, and cannavaro as bieng his best transfers ever but once again moggi has a slicky way to getting his players i mean look at the amount of trash we have had with bayern munich for example.
and i think his free transfer theory has proved to be trash its either he gets players who r free on transfr or players who r on the verge of retiring for heavens sake thats not the right thing to do ever.

ok the traide has done soooo much for juventus i cant disagree but they also bought around trouble, first u had the dopping incidents and now we have recordnig between moggi and refrees i mean this is getting to be too much for a team to handle.

i think the traide breaking up should'nt be taken very emotionally by traide lovers bec this is life a generation hands the driving wheel to another younger generation and i think this is what juventus need they need to be rejuvinated so we can remain italy's best club and one of the worlds top soccer clubs.

great post...+rep...and here is wat i think
abt moggi being exgerrated, i dont think thats true. although many players were brought in on the request of the coaches, he is the one who constructs the deals, and many of them were really good. And the way he deals with the players speculation is 2nd to no one.

nah i see where you are coming from totally, he constructs god deals and he manages to blow smoke over who is his real target very well but for me his shady dealings are now beginning to affect the club n a wider scope and that cannot be allowed to happen anymore, we will always be linked to dodgy dealings as long as he is at the club

Lets remember this is Italy...how long will take to see the same people who is demanding Moggi`s head to be cut, trying to contract him for their clubs?
Inter and Roma has already make an approach to him to see if there chance to get him working for them....

Don't see it happening, TBH. To relegate any team is serious, but to relegate 1 of the 2 teams that has never been relegated is a huge step
