i've never liked prandelli as a manager, so good on him he got Italy to the Euros but his tactical stubborness have cost Italy on too many occassions, i actually don't think he even knows his best 11 and a system which best fits, it only just so happens that he is fortunate to be working with a large group of Juventus based players which makes his choices easier but he clearly lacks clarity in his ideas and that is why he will never win anything major in his career as a manager, Italy for the most parts look so ill-prepared and without a plan B, you only have to compare that with Conte's methods at Juve to see the difference. you can make a claim that the talent pool in Italy is somewhat lesser than some of the other powerhouse nations but that is no excuse for some of the embaressing performances Italy have put on show, drawing with bulgaria being the latest one.

Drawing to Bulgaria is typical Italy, they don't do shit in the early stages. Prandelli is a very good manager. The Juventus team is also better than the Italy team IMO.

I wouldn't go as far to say he is a very good manager, Conte is a very good manager, Prandelli isn't for one i don't think he prepares his players as well as Conte does, neither does he seem to come across as someone who can motivate his team.

wtf? it is carrera that is carrying out Conte's work on the pitch not off it, Conte still trains the team so he is already doing 90% of a managers work, no disrespect to carrera but anyone who is close to Conte and understands what he wants from his team could do an equally good job of it.

carrera does great during games (don't underestimate that) if we get red card or something or playing as shit carrera needs to do well. 90 % of the work is during practice is not really true andy. it is around 60 or something.
cos you can't prepare in training for all the stuff happen in games. What if buffon gets red or something. if that happens juve is 100% depending on Carrera as manager at that point then their is nothing what conte can do about that.
the way he did vs Napoli in super cup impressed me a lot. he changed the game in a good way for juve.
And I like calm manager at the side lines
I have great respect for both of them
I know conte is behind it in training, but during games carrera does very well
I know carrera and conte are close

beside that I do think Carrera is also very active during trainings tbh

getting a red card or not has nothing to do with either Carrera or Conte's input. FE Meulensteen is the secret behind SAF. Saf never trains his team himself and still man united does very well.

and carrera is also doing a lot of stuff in training it is not only conte. they work together as team. it is not that carrera isn't allowed to say something during trainings. Ofcourse he can and will say something also.
but I do give credit also to carrera cos it is not easy to come up as a manager out of the blue.
also for the team this is a weird situation but Carrera does great cos he took responisibilty from the first minute and didn't break down under it so far which I gave him credit for

Carrera takes his own decisions during matches but can talk about with conte and the glasses man on what to do but it the end it is his responsebility and if we had lost it was Carrera who would get the blame and not conte
