Does Italy have the players for a 4-3-3?

Buffon
Abate - Barzagli - Chiellini - Balzaretti
De Rossi - Pirlo - Marchisio
Balotelli - Pazzini/Osvaldo - Giovinco

I still think Italy can play well with the 3-5-2, just everyone played like $#@! yesterday. Not just the wingbacks.
The attacking 3 is better with an AM like Diamanti helping the midfield or else Italy's 4-3-3 is always disjointed. Maybe a christmas tree with Gio and Insigne behind Balotelli, but the 2 little guys will need to get involved more in midfield like Iniesta does.

Carrera does better then conte so far :shifty:

so that makes him an excellent manager :agree:
shut up

wtf? it is carrera that is carrying out Conte's work on the pitch not off it, Conte still trains the team so he is already doing 90% of a managers work, no disrespect to carrera but anyone who is close to Conte and understands what he wants from his team could do an equally good job of it.
carrera does great during games (don't underestimate that) if we get red card or something or playing as shit carrera needs to do well. 90 % of the work is during practice is not really true andy. it is around 60 or something.
cos you can't prepare in training for all the stuff happen in games. What if buffon gets red or something. if that happens juve is 100% depending on Carrera as manager at that point then their is nothing what conte can do about that.
the way he did vs Napoli in super cup impressed me a lot. he changed the game in a good way for juve.
And I like calm manager at the side lines :)
I have great respect for both of them
I know conte is behind it in training, but during games carrera does very well :)
I know carrera and conte are close

beside that I do think Carrera is also very active during trainings tbh

3 wins in a row
conte started 2 wins and a draw :D
getting a red card or not has nothing to do with either Carrera or Conte's input. Conte sets his team up during the week, he is the one who shows the teams clips of the opposition and how to deal with it so that is how the team is prepared for the games themselves, not carrera, Conte is the one who puts his team through his training methods, not Carrera, as i said before no disrespect to Carrera but Conte is doing most of the work and Carrera is carrying his methods onto the pitch, other than that he has very little input off the pitch, maybe attends training to understand Conte's methods more and more but he doesn't actually do much more than that, anything more will be down to the job of the coaches and the assistant manager.

As for the napoli game, what changed the game was the sending offs not Carrera.
yes and how come napoli need to make more faults which ended in red cards.
Carrera does great so far and I do think he needs to get praise for it too.
Carrera just attends training sessions :sergio:
sorry andy but you think conte does everything himself
FE Meulensteen is the secret behind SAF. Saf never trains his team himself and still man united does very well.

and carrera is also doing a lot of stuff in training it is not only conte. they work together as team. it is not that carrera isn't allowed to say something during trainings. Ofcourse he can and will say something also.
but I do give credit also to carrera cos it is not easy to come up as a manager out of the blue.
also for the team this is a weird situation but Carrera does great cos he took responisibilty from the first minute and didn't break down under it so far which I gave him credit for :)

Training is also important in the pre season now is training mostly for players not getting injured and keep being in shape but the hard work is done in pre season.

now bet you all
http://forum.juventuz.org/forums/46-vBookie

but
i never said Conte does everything himself i said his coaching team and assistant do the rest. Carrera has no input to training, not his methods or ideas, infact that would somewhat undermine Conte's work which is not what he is being asked to do.

Napoli's red cards was down to their lack of discipline and not because of Carrera on the touch line, was it Carrera's doing that pandev got sent off for bad mouthing the official? no! was it Carrera's doing that zuniga got sent off for a 2nd bookable offence? no, napoli had a mad moment that is all.

what does SAF have to do with Conte? every manager works in a different way, some are more hands on than others, and i think its fair to say Conte is pretty hands on with his team

look i know you don't like Conte but to say Carrera is better than him up till now is a silly thing to say
and who is conte's assisent
Carrera :)

no ofcourse that not
but he changed the tactics slighty which force Napoli to stay back and making fouls and mistakes which end up napoli getting angry and red cards.
juve came back out of the dressing room with a different attitude and tactic and that was Carrera and I do say he deserves praise for that too.

it was an example about how important assistant coachs are at the highest level

yes I hate conte :andy2: :D (joking)
come one andy I never said that I don't like him or anything. Sometimes I just questioned his decisions and that is a good right for us fans.
I just think Carrera deserves to get praise too at this moment.
no Conte's assistant is still angelo alessio who like Conte can take control of the team during training

He only changed what Conte would have done as a plan B as i said it wasn't Carrera's own plan he was just following orders for certain scenarios which Conte prepared him for. Seriously if you remove Conte from the equasion entirely Carrera wouldn't have the same results
nope Carrera is also conte's assistent
we would never know what happen if conte wasn't around.
Carrera takes his own decisions during matches but can talk about with conte and the glasses man on what to do but it the end it is his responsebility and if we had lost it was Carrera who would get the blame and not conte

only now he is Conte's assistant because of his new job requirement. Before he was technical director of the Juventus Youth teams, he was never actually part of Conte's technical staff before now

Not ironic at all, people that open mental institutions don't have mental problems. In fact, that thread has 2 nice comfy seats, one for you and another for your imaginary friend marcelo.
cool tell someone who gives a shit.
