No this is BS. Italy have a top notch national team talented footballers in our fabulous nation. Football and art are 2 things that Italians are born with.It’s in the DNA. Italy Germany and Brazil are the Kings/Queens of this beautiful sport called football.
France England Spain Argentina even the bloody Dutch will claim to be in the “club” . But we all know who the Kings/Queens of football are.
