Darmian is good but if its between him and Sandro I`ll take the later one...
As for RB - Lichtsteiner is a very good one he has one flaw that he sometimes being caught out of position but he actually a pretty good marker and also not that bad going forward
I rate Lichsteiner as one of the top 5 RB in the world but I do agree that with his age we need to also think forward and look for a young player who can rotate with him but it could wait a year...
As for our problem - Our problem is the attack - Since Tevez left we dont have someone in attack that can take the game on himself!
Dybala - promising future star - Can he carry us on his back?! Not right now and I am not sure if he could do it in the future as well... We will see... we should really had to push for Zlatan as even when we got DP he was introduced gradually...
Pogba - WC player even if not showing it recently... BUT the number "10" is the only similarity with him and the number! - Certainly he is a player that can help our midfield greatly but he also not the player to carry us (not right now at the very least)
I advise you to read the article that show what Tacchinardi thinks - He is absolutely 100% right about it! We had Tevez now we dont have that someone!

buy and loan out to a serie b club. the quality of the swiss league is horrible. if you take into account the horrible goal keeping you even see in that video he should have way better numbers than only 17 goals in 42 appearances. the 13 assists are pretty good, but i am very sceptical because of the very weak nature of the swiss leage.
look at the top scorer list of 2014/2015. none of those guys would even play for a relegation aspirant in italy:
