Sell before the knee goes
Bud, he tore his meniscus. When you have a man as dedicated to the cause as this guy, it's not really a big deal at all, considering the skill/precision of docs/surgery/treatment these days. He has obviously attacked this process to date. This man is going to be back to his usual dominant self by the time week 1 roles around.

Some of my friends were pretty impressed with his performance at the world cup, I had to make sure they damn well knew that he almost halved his recovery time, and was nowhere near as explosive as he usually is.

Not for sale! :D

Edit: I'm burnt. You're joking? For me, Arturo staying would soften Conte's departure incredibly. If you asked me to trade one or the other, I know how outstanding Conte has been, but I'm more attached to this guy. He means so much to this club right now, Vidal is a special breed of player. :vidal:

I love how you present that as a fact :D

I think Marotta is just showing resolve for negotiation purposes, it looks to me like he's selling, but wants to cash in on him as much as possible. I hope I'm wrong and he stays, id hate it if he went to the Mancs
It would be so disgusting if he did end up with the Mancs. I think your boys have a legitimate shot at the title, if they can keep those young men healthy. Chelsea has done very good work, though. That Luiz deal especially. :D

Provided we're talking box-to-box midfielders, I think Arturo has overtaken Yaya "It's my party, and I'll cry if I want to" Toure, and is now the cream of the crop.

Certainly more attractive to other clubs, given age, ability, intangibles. So who else in this role do you think is the best, Fred? Is there anyone who would cost more?

Does Arturo Vidal have any weaknesses? :p

If Vidal or Pogba decide to jump ship i dont see it being much different to the players who left us when we were demoted to serie B infact i feel like they would be worst. Ive stated many times that i didnt blame any players back then for leaving i felt more focus should of been put on the players who stayed which was beyond greatness. The reason being i felt they had genuin reasons for leaving. Thuram and Zambrotta left for Barcelona who many players dream of playing for yet they get the most stick for leaving us. Now if Vidal or Pogba leave to go to shit clubs like United, Chelsea or PSG for bigger pay cheques then im sorry but i see that as being way worst and i will be baffled when most of the fans on here will still love and cheer for them like they are still our own. Just an opinion i could be wrong.

how about they leave because they have the ambitions of world class players and juve has the ambitions of just making it to the Cl every year, kinda like lazio or udinese with EL, regardless if we go out in the first round

i do but the 2 are not comparable imo, 2006 could have easily been the end of juventus, we are coming off one of our best stretches ever, only natural for us to aim for the top, a player like vidal cant wait 5 years for us to rebuild.
There were more valid reasons for a player to jump ship back then than there is now thats why i feel its wrong for fans to hate the players who left back then but will still love Vidal and Pogba who will leave for better wages. Chelsea PSG and United arent bigger or better than Juve but they will pay better wages.
