:D

No, I just thought his injury was more serious, so if he's able to walk and socialize normally it must not be that bad and he looks excellent in that photo, thats why I asked ;)
2 months ago I torn my ACL of my right knee, yet I can still walk as if I'm not injured at all. It's when I run or bend my knee where lies the problem, and trust me when I tell you that it hurts.

Now obviously I haven't been getting the same type of treatment as Martin, but ligament injuries are much more serious than they seem.

My friend operated his ligament two years ago and he was just socializing and walking normally all the time. It only hurt when he tried to run or bend his knee and he avoided that for around half a year.

It's a bitch, really. My doctor said that I should wait another 3/4 months to see if there will be any progress, but if not, then the only option left is to have surgery. One time I was really feeling good that I actually forgot about the injury. I was running late for work and I started to run to the elevator, only to fall on my face as soon as I tried.

Surgeries are not pleasant, I agree that just the thought makes one repel the idea but sometimes if it's the only solution then one should just accept it and go for it.

I was on twitter, and Michael Moore tweeted "...Vidal, RIP" I didn't see who tweeted, just saw the RIP in Vidal thing. I literally jumped off the couch in shock, only to confirm it was another Vidal.

I had a reconstruction knee surgery 2 years ago, torn ACL and MCL. It wasn't fun, the worst part is the recovery. I was on crutches for 1 month, and took me few months to walk normally on it. Physiotherapy is vital in the healing process, don't ignore it.
