I don’t think so. We are still negotiating with Leverkusen, nothing is done yet.

In the next few days we will meet his agent, if not tomorrow. Then, he will present our deal to Voller and we will see.

I will be impressed by Marotta and Paratici if we sign Vidal.

Melo was 100% right though. Personally I liked to see at least one Juventus player to say what all fans knew. Most of our squad was like "oh but we tried, and we can smile nicely, and butterflies, and tiaaaaraaas". Melo had enough of this bullshit propably.
Thats not the point. If Melo had something to say he should have said it to the team IN THE DRESSING ROOM and not to some Brazilian journalist asking him about his year with Juventus. Maybe Melo conveniently forgot that last year it was HIM that wasnt fit to wear the Juventus jersey, yet none of his team mates slagged him off in public, they stood by him. It's thoroughly unprofessional for a player to slate his team mates in the media, ask Alex Ferguson, he got rid of Keane for exactly this reason and he was 100% correct in his decision. As Conte is

How do you know he wasn't saying it all year in the dressing room? And as far as I remember, Melo aknowledged that he was playing like shit season ago. Maybe our other stars should do the same this year. And don't say Melo is out because of this comment. It's only your assumption.

The point is. I would rather have 11 Melos that talk like this once in a year, than 11 Amauris/Iaquintas/Mottas that smile and talk about how good they played, but unlucky they were... after every lost game.

I'm not saying he wasn't saying it in the dressing room, but quite frankly that is the only place he should be saying it. I dont know if you've ever been part of a team, but one of the key aspects of being in a team is unity and Melo should have had his teammates backs. If I can see my colleague doing something wrong I will tell him. If he doesn't listen I will tell him again, and try to help him. One thing I will not do would be to slag him off in public, if I did that he would lose respect for me, as would his colleagues. Its a basic rule of football and it was either a stunt to get moved on, or an example of Melo's poor judgement (not the first time...)

With regards to your comment about Amauri's/Iaqs and Motta's, i think your using really poor examples playing on your dislike for the individuals. I'd rather have a team of Buffon's/Chiellini's/Del Piero's and Nedved's. These are players that take responsibility when they are in the wrong, but always defend their team mates.

Voller confirmed we've offered 10 Million and that the deal is close to completion.
Badass Devil's informer said some days ago that Juve will buy Vidal for something between 10-12 million and that 15m eur isn't the right price. The media was even going up to 21m eur.

That's one more of the many correct things the informer told us via Badass. Actually, he wasn't wrong about a single thing up to now.

To be honest. Getting this kind of player for 10 mln will be quite impressive. Especially comparing it to getting Melo for 25mln :snoop:.

If it's true than Marotta will complete his 2nd decent transfer this mercato (after getting Licht for 10mln). Now if only he would learn how to bring players like Aguero...

Good i belive you .

How much he will cost , and do you think he can do good in 4-2-4 (Pilro-Vidal) ?!
all i know is that marotta offered 10, bayer looking something closer to 12-13mill. It seems that despite the last ditch from chelsea, bayer want to respect vidal's wishes to join Juve.

who knows how he will fare in that formation, difficult to say, but i think he would cope better than melo sadly to say the work rate and the amount of ground he covers will make speedy gonzalez look like christian poulsen

That's the one thing I've always admire about Vidal's game. Will be a great addition to the team. :)
