Correction marotta brought bonucci back, you know the same guy that brought higuain with 0 resale amongst others. Way I see it we still have the same issues today as we did 5 years ago, we have no option but to resort to short term solutions. Really too bad that the luck factor is going against us aswel. Initially I wasn’t even against this transfer but I would’ve never guessed that Arthur would be injured for basically 3 straight seasons. If he just was a half decent player the situation would’ve been a lot less worse.

In regards to the money, it was a lot but as seen now he’s still only 26, with a extension we would’ve reached normal book value. But also here this went against us with all the juridical problems. This really became a disaster from A to Z.

I can't imagine it, for two reasons:
1. He was injured for 301 days and 47 matches from 2021 onwards. He won't become miraculously available for most of the matches in 2023-24.
2. He gathered only 13 minutes of playing time for Liverpool and not a single minute in the EPL. The English clubs will stay away from him in the future, no matter how well he does with Fiorentina.

The best Fiorentina can hope for here is this:
1. Arthur to have an ok season without way too many injuries, and to be a reliable Fiorentina-level player.
2. Arthur to be picked up for Brazil's Coppa America squad in June; to have a good Coppa; some Saudi team to buy him for something between 20-30 millions.
