Yeah, it was. The difference was that our new coach knew how to beat a total outsider in Scandinavia.
 correct

And our man #EuroMax, had to deal with injuries to key players like Barzagli, Asamoah and Caceres in the past few matches. He's done really well to regather the boys after the two (unjust) losses earlier in the group stage.

1. The group wasn't more difficult.

2. Conte had an extremely similar situation before the last game as Allegri had today, and if anyone honestly blames him for that one, then that's kinda fucked up.

That's not to devalue Allegri or anything, but it's incredible how people are willing to distort facts just to hate on Conte. There are reasons not to like him, the way he left us being probably the most legitimate one, but this is ridiculous.
good to have you around, muchacho

and adjust formations to maximize output from players like tevez and marchisio while keeping pirlo in and getting him back to his best

This. It's actually funny how similar the groups ended up being. We were obviously the second best team on paper last year and should've made it past the group stages.

Conte turned into a shit coach and hopefully he keeps it up with the FIGC.

Conte had a weak mentality in Champions league and it was obvious.

He was always playing as the under-dog no matter what team he faced. Add to that he was convinced that Juve can not compete on the highest level which was a mental excuse for worst scenario.

I would love to play for a coach who thinks I/we can beat any team no matter if the team I am facing is superior to us, Conte had this mentality only in Serie A.

Allegri's comments before Atletico match was that he wants to top the group (Even if he didn't believe in it assuming) but this mentality makes a difference.

this so much, I got tired of Conte reminding everyone how were 4 or 5 signings away from the top teams

We all knew we were way below par from the top tiers...but thats not an excuse to not give it a go.

Starting from coach, we were beaten before the kick off. Thats inexcusable.

I wonder if that has something to do with making less mistakes?. IN ou last CL campaign we had just too many blunders, that ultimately costed us.
