2 explanation imo part of the people failing to see this have never worked before, being a professional means you are accountable for your actions you cant, there might be extenuating circumstance, but it still is a failure. The rest, or the worst, are the ones with an agenda. They didnt like conte before this and would love to just make him look like a terrible guy so they will blame him for everything regardless.

I don't buy the Milan contract story but I saw some people attacking Conte for that where in fact this is something that happens every day in every company. People get offers from others employers, talk to their managers about a pay raise or contract adustment or role adjustment and react accordingly. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Which also confirms your theory that these people have probably never worked before.
