He's a little girl tbh, coming out with all this about leaving and not being able to take the team forward and consider leaving. Then to just go back on all of that and now he is staying.

He went about it in the wrong way altogether. He should have sat down with the board and talked about the problems like a man instead of crying to the media to get the attention of the board.

Even if the club does find an agreement with him to stay here, he's still gone the next Summer. It's obvious now. I'm not too sure keeping a man who clearly wants to leave a good idea. The way he handled this is very amateurish and I lost a bit of respect towards him.

Why do they have to wait to announce?
Because he demands them to set an objective to pass from the Group Stages. That takes a lot of time and effort.

Year in year out, teams with less money still play good and win. Dortmund, Atletico, Sevilla. We have better individuals so we can't complain that we haven't invest enough. I mean it's good to buy good players every year but sometimes we have to appreciate what we currently have and figure out a better way to play and win.

Sure? Because I swear I've seen that he's already done that in his first experience. A bad year can happen, football is not like maths where the best team always wins, and it's also the beauty of this sport. We almost never slipped in Serie A against inferior sides, it happened in a pair of CL matches. Sometimes in certain matches the ball doesn't go in. I can understand the delusion, but I don't see the point of getting still steamy on it after so many months.

A bad year can happen? It was humiliating. It's even worse because of our approach after we were knocked out.

Personally I view Sanchez as a top draw signing, if we can get him it would really galvanise the team.

It's an almost perfect signing considering the players available and our needs.
I consider him a very ncie upgrade, just below top tier purchases, which is definitely on our purchasing level right now.

But tell that to Conte who is dreming with Suarez.

i wonder what will motivate Conte if he indeed stays on...will he have the same fire and desire? because if he indeed stays, he would do so after having to be convinced to curb his enthusiasm for top players...
