:sergio: do you know we just won serie A with record points with 3-5-2?
all im saying is we dont look particularly good. every weekend we put in these poor performances but manage to make it over the line...its no wonder that we cannot get away with that in europe...im not bitching bout the system today but im just saying here's what lets try somthing else and see the performance on the field..peformance, not so much result...

Vecchiasignora forums going crazy. Almost 1 new page each minute on the Conte topic. Also, there are much more people there who'd like to see Mancini, different opinions as here. Deschamps/Zidane not mentioned really.
Montella seems to be their pick and all considering I agree with that choice,

Mancini would suggest the status quo, considering his record with Inter and then City, but he's a far inferior man manager.

We should tell him how it will be for this season, promise him more quality next summer when those new sponsorship deals roll in, and see where we are after the 5 years.
The club is not obliged to promise a mediocre coach, who cannot beat any team in Europe with a giant like Juventus, anything. Does anyone even have supproting evidence that he will achieve something better with a group of world class players? Because as of now there have been no such indications.

montella is on the up and up...amazing what he did with catania when he was there but the loss of gomez and rossi really fvked him at fiorentina

im sorry but if we mesh his view of football with our club's resources and player discipline i think it would be sweet...

im not against conte leaving...he's a professional and entitled to cut his path however he wants...plus ive grown tired of the pussy balll

fuck ur records

People make it sound like we've been ignoring Conte's demands over the years. Last year it was; "the need of two genuine strikers" and we got him them in the name of Tevez and Llorente.

Personally I think Conte feels he has took us as far as he can go, which is fair enough. However I don't find the excuse of not being as good as Real Madrid or Bayern Munich, as an excuse for flopping so hard in Europe.

we'll be swapping one Mancini to another :(

Look guys if Conte does leave, we might not win Serie A by the margin we have just done, but I think any good Manager can at least make us win the league, considering how much we're better than everyone else. Having said that perhaps the new manager will make us better in Europe.
