I wonder how motivated some of our star players would be if we hire these mediocre zero personality coaches like Allegri or Spaletti.
We're really are in a sticky situation. And this where our decision making will be very important. One bad decision
and it could all go wrong.

tbh seeing the hand of conte recently i wont be too sad he will go as i expect a good coach worth his salt would have a drastically different way of doing things..we might be champions but we play pretty average ball...less than average considering we're thought to be a 'top team'.....yea he may not have the players wrapped round his finger like conte but i expect the players to show their true professionalism..

its on the club to do a proper search for a good coach...DD, Montella, Heynckes (im sure we can draw him out for our project) the only possibilities for me..cannot think of anyone else right now..

somehow i think marotta n agnelli feel the team has grown enough to make it without conte and with a coach of their choosing if conte doesnt acccept the squad/financial limitations they want to put on him
102 points is less than average now? Okay.

Prandelli is a really good realistic option IMO. Knows the the core of the team and is really smart. I would not be upset if we got any of the names u mentioned.

seriously when you put montella in the same sentence as heynckes or even Deschamps... and to suggest that montella is a coach just as good if not better than Conte... what the fuck

what has montella won or done to be rated so highly?? what because he plays 4-3-3? common get real!

I think Conte is actually holding the club to ransom here. I agree that he has ambitions for Europe, sure. But it's kind of unfair to put that on the expectations of fans. I think any fan in their right mind would expect Juve to put up a better showing in Europe. Not necessarily win it.

He doesn't want to go through the stresses of building the team for Europe, which is going to take time. He's not going to win it as easily as he has won the serie a. But how are you expecting Agnelli and Marrotta to pull $#@! out of their asses and give you a team ready to compete for Europe (if there's any truth in the kind of names on his list) You gotta build that stuff over time. Piece by piece.

I accept that the team has grown faster than it was scheduled to, but right now I think Conte believes he's grown faster as a coach than the club had in Europe. Huge mistake. He maybe out of his depth anywhere else, where the expectations won't be any less. Sure, the money won't be any less either, but it's one thing to get the players and another to win it. If he fails where he goes next, a high profile failure will undo all the work hes done here at Juve. I'm personally of the opinion that he doesn't want to lose the pedestal hes created domestically, while the team is trying to win silverware in Europe. His motivation for serie a is done. But how retarded would it be to throw away a chance to build a legacy at the club you love?

Anyway, good luck to him. It's almost certain the relationship is over.
Definitely i have to agree with this. Is not all about players either. yes we need wingers and maybe a defender and a midfielder... but that doesnt give him the right to blame everything on the lack of players. Him as a coach has a responsability too and he has to be able to cope with it. Its way too easy to blame everything bad on someone else but then say all the good things are because of your doings.

Some will not agree with this... but his behaviour is showing me that he is just at the top of his game with us. I have suspected this for some time, now with all his and what u said is pretty accurate and well thought.

The worrysome part is that he is totally convinced that we coudnt do more in Europe because of the lack of quality. He is mistaken.

He made a mistake definitely with all these talks to the media. At this point I'm inclined to believe that Agnelli will end it as Antonio has showed lack of respect to the club. Some things should stay internal and sorted out that way. He can't spill his guts to the media at the end of each season and blackmail mgt. He achieved tremendous results in the past 3 years and his name will never be forgotten among Juventini, but he needs to learn to control his emotions, as he tends to show these at a wrong place and media tabloids could be certainly qualified as such.

Conte isnt getting the respect he deserves from alot of fools here.

DO we really fucking need to get some coach that comes here, plays wingers, dramatically fails, and set us back 4 years, to prove the massive effect of Conte ?

Ungratefull...

I hate his tantrums, every fuckin season we hear him whining about everything, and I've lost a little bit respect towards him. He think that we reached the end of the cycle? Well let's start a new one, it's not like we are gonna turn into some mediocre team in a few months. We have a good base of players, we are expanding, and in 2015 Adidas deal will start, plus new shirt sponsorship deal. All we need are some tweaks, and our future looks bright. I really don't know what more he wants.

Also I'm curious where he could go, the only viable options I see are Monaco and Tottenham. I doubt Monaco will keep him if they don't win championship next season, or impress in CL. If he think that Juve is having high expectation, than good look at Monaco...

Beautifully stated. Conte thinks of himself too highly, and if the rumors are true, he is basically blaming the squad for his failure in Europe. I don't care what Conte wins, if he thinks that it is the fault of the board or the team, then he can go to a team that will give him all the fucking money he wants.

We are not getting Heynckes, it will be an Italian or Deschamps at most.

Prandelli would be my choice from the Italians since we can't get Ancelotti and I doubt Lippi will come back for a third time.

The likes of Mancini and Spalleti would be a huge step backwards. I would probably stop watching us for a while.

Joker you were probably too young to witness what the great Spaletti did with Roma.
He knocked out Lyon and Madrid ffs.Thats enough to suggest that he can take us to new heights.
