First of all we dint loose , secondly it does matter because if its true we got 11 mins less of playing time instead of 60 that actually is a 20% gap which is a lot . Im not use that as an excuse but it was unfair if it did truly happen .
When saying lose, I meant overall, as we lost over the two legs and crashed out.

Even if it was 11 minutes less, we shouldn't try to use it as an excuse because the entire 2nd half performance was shocking. It's not like we managed to create anything worthwhile in the 2nd half. Our mentality in these European games is simply wrong and I hope we sort this out next year. We seemed to be always afraid, no matter the opponent.

He is crying and bitching about referee, but what Clatteburg could do? Add 20 minutes? He will be banned from the refereeing instantly on the next day, he added $#@!ing 10+ minutes, and instead of saying that we were bad and we were not able to create atleast 1 100% opportunity to score Conte is crying in interview about referee, not about his poor tactics but about different circumstances, thanfully as believer he didn't said that god sent rain not to give us a pass to the final :sergio: Stop this $#@! already

Juventus 17 FOULS COMMITTED 16 Benfica

33 fouls is average number of fouls for european match, check the other matches :sergio:
My friend why are you connecting the 2 things together , be rational .
He was complaining about less playing time and your talking about extra time ie 10 mins (6 added with 3 already played ), 2 different things , again like you pointed out fouls were not given by the ref but because the players went down he had to stop play .
I agree with you that we were poor in our attacking side of the play , but that doesnt change the fact we should have had those 11 mins .

Even if he had given us 20 more minutes we would not have been able to score.
Yes you are right we dint look like scoring , but again people are attacking conte for not understanding what he actually meant by how much less time we got , its not extra time its playing time .

Yes you are right its not an excuse , we were not good in the front . Again all these :facepalm2: towards conte is not justified as he was talking about something else rather than what people understood , thats why he could even give specific numbers.

The main thing that bothered me from his interview was when he said that Benfica didn't deserve to go through. I'm more for congratulating the opponent and moving on, trying to fix internal problems to avoid getting into situations like these.

I actually gave Benfica respect for such a strong defensive effort. They had lots of players who were really giving it everything they had. Markovic almost died on the pitch.

I wonder what Conte would be saying if the roles were reversed and we were the ones who defended until the end and even had someone break their face to stop a goal...

People acting as though we were a sure bet to score if we had an extra 3 minutes of added time lol.

Every time we had the ball against 10 and then 9 men Benfica, we smashed it from 25 yards. We don't have creativity, pace or ability to take men on so if an organised team does park the bus against us then we're going to struggle to do a damn thing about it.

Ok could have done like that , but thats how his personality is he speaks his heart out why ridicule someone who has done so much for this club . Coming from ranieri , zacheroni , del neri , ferrara then this guy he has what it takes and proved it , but everytime we lose its like he becomes the biggest asshole and when we win people here brag about juve to their friends and celebrate .
He was heavily criticized for being defensive , he went all out with attackers last night in his subs and yet they dint score , not much more can he do no ? .

who ever blames the ref is a real loser. we didn't lose because of the referee. we lost because Benefica over two legs scored MORE goals than us.
imo the good manager would divert the blame from his problem and fix them internally, exposing your weakness is not a smart thing to do. Conte is doing the standard thing of blaming the ref and not enough injury time added on. Ferguson or Mourinho would have done the same.

Mourinho: Atlético have all my respect, they’re a great team

“Atlético are deserving winners. Up until the penalty, we had the game under control, it was even, but that one moment was critical. Courtois made an incredible save from Terry’s effort and then the penalty came, which was well provoked and then scored by their striker. Then Atlético had confidence, stability, knowing what they had to do at all times. Their goalkeeper and striker have done a great job. Both were decisive.”

You are more ridiculous than i thought ....jose mourinho has done this a million times . He even blamed unicef for supporting barcelona .
"I don't know if it is the Unicef sponsorship or if it is because they are nice guys. I don't understand,"
“The only thing I didn’t learn was to lose with that kind of referee performance. It wasn’t a mistake, it was a performance. I learned to control my emotions and to calm down in the moment, like I did, but I have not learned how to accept that kind of performance.”
"I want to congratulate again Mike Dean. I think his performance was unbelievable and I think when referees have unbelievable performances, I think it’s fair that as managers we give them praise. So, fantastic performance. He came here with one objective. To make a fantastic performance. And he did that"
"congratulations also to Mike Riley, the referees’ boss. What they are doing through the whole season is fantastic, especially in the last couple of months, and in teams involved in the title race. Absolutely fantastic. I also congratulate Mr Riley"
"Despite benefiting from the referee's two mistakes, they deserved to win."

Now stop your bull$#@! here .
