Anyone defendign Conte{s loser comments yesterday needs a check.
And Badass, NO, you cannot say the excuse he did that to "protect" the mentality our our player... i mean,,, who you think we are? kindar garden babies?. He should me man enoughyt to say "hey guys, we plain sucked...better up ur game to win oon monday"...instead of inventing things to try to save face. Pathetic behaviour. Theres no 2 ways about it.
Yeh the ref ate like 2 mins of extra time but WHO CARES? we dominated them the whole game and were not able to create shid. ZERO EXCUSES.
We will need 3 or 4 more key players to come from the bench or to up our game. Even when i have not been happy with how conte set us...i have to admit that we just simply do not have a bench, apart from marchisio and Gio... all the rest are not even worth Europa league levels.

Gio is very rarely good. Marchisio and Cacares are the only proper subs that we have in the team. The rest are horrible. Isla, Peluso, Ogbonna, Padoin, Osvaldo, Vucinic, Quags are only good as 2nd substitute because they do decrease our level a lot when the do come in.
We need another marchisio level CM or 2 LWBs and 1 RWB + Immobile at the very least to have a proper rotationable bench and this will only address the 3-5-2 Plan A.
A world class team should Ideally have 3 Game plans. Plan A and B are very similar only with more attacking wingbacks in the 3-5-2 if we are struggling to score and a proper striker to come from the bench. This should be our game plan for teams that we can dominate.
A Plan C for employing against opposition that we can never dominate (Barca, Bayern and the likes) which is basically a parked bus and a fast counter attack.
We have lots of shopping to do.
Chelsea needs another midfielder and two world class strikers to have the flexibility to adapt effectively to any type or level of opposition. I prefer mourinho's way of building teams than Pellegrini's, Rodger's or Pep's.

I dont get the Mancini and Capello comparisons with Conte, they both had a shit tonne of money to spend every year and some of the best teams around. Conte has neither of them in all honesty.
Sure he could have done more with the resources at his disposal and definitely have had the team playing better attacking football. Fact is he has only had a fraction of what Capello and Mancini had with this squad.
