Also true. Raw talent and skills are polished when players are kids. IN those years they develop the basics to be able to compete. What u see between 18 and 24 years old is the near-finished product in almost all cases, not all, but almost.

Summary, talent canot be achieved with training facilities and such. There will always be de ceglies etc who will be forever rejects.

Our issues in europe were not related to the formation, but down to mentality.
I recall our 352 demolishing Chelsea despite having shitty forwards. And chelsea had excellent fullbacks, and class wingers.

If we play with our killer mentality switched on, in good physical shape, our wingbacks will lock down the wings, and our CM+vidal will take the fight to their box.


Only Bayern and madrid, would require a change, because their wingers are so exponentially faster, that you need fullbacks instead to avoid getting countered to shit
