 Klopp: 13 years as a manager , 6 years as BVB manager. Conte: 8 years as a manager, 3 years as Juve manager. First year in Europe gets us in Q-F of CL vs Bayern... 2nd year in Europe what happened happened but gets us (eventually) in EL semi-finals and probable tittle contender.... Pleaseeeeee... I'd rather have an European trophy than crash in the round of 16 of CL like Bbilan... 18 years without a European trophy... Stop crying about Conte and what happened in CL this year... geez...

I don't know about this Conte-Klopp comparison. I see them both as a very good managers, motivating players seems to be their forte, both have been successful domestically, Klopp maybe edges Conte in Europe, but he also has more experience.

How? Both won nothing in Europe, and to compare them on when, where and on which stages their teams quit some tournaments is absolutely stupid, in the end of it the number of cups that they won is one and only thing that matter
Klopp:
Bundesliga: 2010–11, 2011–12
DFB-Pokal: 2011–12
DFL-Supercup: 2013
Conte:
Serie B (1): 2008–09
Serie A (2): 2011–12, 2012–13
Supercoppa Italiana (2): 2012, 2013
But here is the thing. Juve cannot afford to trow games, by lining up youngsters that arent good enough to compete yet. And the youngsters cannot afford to miss playing games, waiting for when we meet a minor team.
Therefore, a player must have reached a certain level of quality and consistancy, he must be able to challenge.
I agree, and this is why dudes like Berardi and ZAza should keep playing in their training grounds..and dudes like Ciro and Gabbia should be ready to test it out with us.
The argument about training facilities is a weak one. The greatest players ever, learned to play on the street. Sure, training facilities help to polish players and aid development when they are in the academy, but playtime is much much more important.
Also true. Raw talent and skills are polished when players are kids. IN those years they develop the basics to be able to compete. What u see between 18 and 24 years old is the near-finished product in almost all cases, not all, but almost.
Summary, talent canot be achieved with training facilities and such. There will always be de ceglies etc who will be forever rejects.
Real madrid has not won the champions league since 2002 inspite of spending god alone knows how much money with coaches like capello luxemburgo and the so called champions league expert jose mourinho . i dont think you can judge a coach by champions league success rather judge him on from where he started with the team 7th place to 2 titles and 3rd on the way . When we were sulking at the time of del neri if were given a choice for 3 seria titles and no champions league im sure we would all grab it with both hands.
klopp , simeone and conte have done an impossible job of taking their respective teams to the top with limited money hats off to them .
