It's a job for older coaches. Conte is young and there's more chance of him going abroad than taking over Italian NT.

If they can't get an old school disciplinarian like Capello in, I'd LOVE to see someone like Guidolin or Spaletti take over. Coaches who trust youth, encourage good football and tactically flexible.
