again you missed what i said, i was saying that the dutch league doesn't even tactically compare to Italy, the dutch league probably best compares to the english 3rd division, i wasn't talking about the quality of the players of have produced. stop bringing in irrelevant points to this argument.
you know total football and kick and rush?
all dutch teams try to play football from the back and english teams play kick and rush :shifty: so no you can't compare it with each other

You make it sound like they all play at the same time there. over the course of 10 years, with good intervall it brings a class player forward, who never really stays long. considering the offensive minded nature of the eredivisie, i can imagina a coach thats very good at setting a defence, to have good succes in it.

Steve mclaren is one example, van gaal is a better one

van gaal beeing a very good coach, took provincial mid table team AZ alkmaar to domminate the eredivisie for a while, despite not having shiny names like the traditional top teams over there

Oh yeah, while having respect for such coach, i would rather have one that manages to adapt to his opponents strenght if needed, and is good at immediatly correcting tactics during the game
Once again you are totally going offtopic, i responded to what Andy said about our socalled 3rd division, nothing more nothing less.
They bring them in because they are talented and skilled not to ripe over 10years with intervals.

Ehm sorry but steve mcLaren had a team that should have won the league the year before, Theo Jansen was in killer form(vs Inter he demonstrated that) Ruiz was also in killer form, Defense was solid and Stoch was the best player Twente had in a long time so No mcLaren didn't had to do much because he was leaning on the team that was build by fred Rutten the year before him.

that still doesn't mean to say the dutch league is anything as close to being tactically intense as the Italian league.

To understand the real quality of Ajax and the dutch league. Watch this:

yeah and i won £75 on heracles to make it 3-3 in the final minutes of the game, thats how much of a joke that league is!

I know italian football is tactical stronger. that is not my point. My point is that frank de boer just like Conte made ajax back to being the best of holland and getting some good results in europa (in conte's case read juventus and italy).
but calling dutch league as good as 3th division of england is a joke.

conte actually plays very dutch like football
