Didnt exactly fail with Pep. He surely didnt crush him like he crushed every other coach who stood against him but he did manage to get the upper hand in the end.
They kinda did fail though because Pep has the upper hand on games they played against each other. Mou won La Liga though so props to him for that.

cool story, if steve maclaren can win the eredivisie, most managers with a coaching badge can, hell i never understood why ranieri or zeman never went there at least they will win something.

no just no, absolutely not, thats like saying steve maclaren is at the same level as Conte for his work with twente and winning the league

as for Conte being a promising manager for the future? This is Conte we're talking about not someone like montella or stramaccioni he has already made history and smashing records Conte is the present!
Andy you don't know anything of Ajax and dutch football so Shut up. conte is doing amazing, no doubt
Frank de boer was also a big secret behind a dutch team who almost won the world cup. hè made Ajax champions twice. even when hé was 12 points behind
he made players better, pretty impressive for his first job as a coach.
conte does well at juve but Frank de boer also achieved miracles with a very average and young Ajax. were the management was fighting all the time.

i rate them both high and you can't deny they both made their clubs going back to where they belong. imo their is np doubt that both will become great managers in the future

Mourinho's trohpy cabinet is huge, and winning the league against mes que un cunt, is quite a feat. if the classico didnt crash player's stamina for the return with bayern, probably would have taken the CL
still the best coach in the world. killed barcelona when they were at their peak with inter.

Bielsa, huge respect

Like Zeman, tries to revolutionise the game, with new approaches. but were zeman allways fails massively, Bielsa continue's to have success with unprecedented coaching tactics.

Mister is incomparable to other coaches.
Mister, i like that, gonna copy it.

Doesnt have the budged to build a team like the so called "world class coaches" have, so makes players worldclass himself.
Allready broken records. biggest potential among the "newer" coaches to be the next big special one

Him being that succesfull and genius has nothing to do with me being a Athletic fan.

Have you seen what he created for Chile and other teams.

Everything Pep Guardiola taught is from Bielsa.

explain how was frank de boer the big secret behind the dutch team who almost won the world cup? what was the secret exactly? did it ever occur to you that Conte was somewhat influential for the Italian NT in the summer? i dont buy this whole Conte is a manager for the future, that doesn't even make sense since Conte is the present he is presently winning matches and trophies breaking records, he was the future when he was leading Bari and Siena to Serie A. and in fairness to de boer i hardly rate the eredivisie as a league for the tactically able, as i said before someone like Zeman and Ranieri would most likely thrive in that league if steve maclaren who was sacked by england and nottingham f*cking forrest has had success there too.

I find principled coaches interesting to watch and admire them to varying extents, but I don't think I'd want one coaching my team.

The rigid determination to stick to what they believe is the right way to play would make me distinctly uncomfortable.

Much prefer having someone more pragmatic and flexible.
