Have i said anything else?
Dunno. Calling people "fuckers" & adding a facepalm (or are there uses for this smiley I'm not aware of?) leads me to interpret your post in a certain way.

Must be me.

We should go to civil court IMO, because, if I'm correct, in civil court it goes "innocent until proven guilty" not like in these "sports courts".
I'm not familiar enough with Italian (sporting) law, but I'd think there's a certain order you need to follow. Which may take many, many years.

And like I said: UEFA/FIFA will most likely not let that happen without consequences for the entire Italian calcio (going outside the sporting justice always has consequences). And since we managed to qualify for CL, we'd get hit quite hard. Hence this being a tricky situation.

I do want to "fight" this thing (assuming Conte is more or less innocent, which is unsure to begin with), but we need to examine all options/consequences.

The only way "we" are going to win this thing will probably be appealing to every possible instance. Which will take years, not to mention that Uefa/Fifa will not approve of it. (Read: ban Italian teams / national team from international games. Tricky situation.)
That what should happen... Let the national team get banned. That what we should've have done back in 2006.

From tuttojuve

The disiplinary commision has decided to accept the proofs brought by the layer Chiappero (films , journal articles) . A defeat for Palazzi :inter: who said that he didn't have time . Unfortunately the other proofs weren't accepted

I know. Hence me saying I want us to fight this thing. (Again, assuming/hoping Conte is "innocent".)

But we should be aware that this may mean no CL for a few years. Let alone signing the big name players people are so keen on.

I wouldn't mind that as long as a FIGC gets completely reformed and the Italian game gets cleaned.

We need to be treated fairly, no more biased bullshit.
