is it possible money is involved here and not just pure hatred for Juventus? maybe Palazzi and his co's in FIGC are receiving cash incentives from Moratti, Galliani etc..
after all the source of almost every corruption is money

From tuttojuve

Translation

Palazzi is against to all the material brought by the defense : "We don't have time to examine those acts . The defensive investigation when they don't go through ordinary jurisdical authority , can't be an object of sieve . It should be taken as good declarations of subjects who in the majority of time are not licensed (he means licensed football players i think) , not an article from a journal where Bentivoglio admits to have taken money"

Somebody want's to explain me how they don't have time to examine the material that the defense brings ? Conte is going get banned

Conte and his lawyers have a big chance to win in court imo if they will use Siena's players as witnesses it's will be easy process
You are forgetting that they are unreliable

It seems Fiat has threatened FIGC as well. Fiat is the main sponsor of the Italian national side and apparently they might quit the sponsorship if FIGC keeps on with this charade. It's about time they take drastic measures IMO.

These fuckers are doing their job. And the whole Stellini situation is not in our favour, obviously.

Surprise, surprise.

The only way "we" are going to win this thing will probably be appealing to every possible instance. Which will take years, not to mention that Uefa/Fifa will not approve of it. (Read: ban Italian teams / national team from international games. Tricky situation.)

We should go to civil court IMO, because, if I'm correct, in civil court it goes "innocent until proven guilty" not like in these "sports courts".
