What's with the negotiation, they'll only strengthen the "cheater" label, and accept it.
This isn't Utopia, guys.

People have accepted bargains and have plead guilty to murder accusations even though they had nothing to do with it.
It's just an option with less damage, especially if someone wants you down and you cannot prove your innocence.
and even if you could, how long will it take?

Sometimes you have to try to get out of a situation with least amount of damage,
count your losses and move on.

1 year vs. 3 months

Either way, he WILL be labelled a "cheater"...

y'all are kidding yourselves if you think we can cope without him on the sidelines.
What other choice do we have, though? If he's to be banned for 3 months like it's being rumoured, no decent coach would accept to basically be a puppet of ours for 3 months and then get booted when Conte's ban expires.

Seriously, his presence was so fundamental last season, much more than his work on the training grounds. Speaking of which I have a feeling he will be banned from the training grounds as well.

indeed, am saying with regards to the faux bravado of some here.
If Conte gets banned, then we would get damaged in one way or another. It will be really difficult without him, but three months is better than a one year ban, in which case we'd have to start looking for a new manager.

One would think that FIGC don't have any say on who we allow on our training grounds. It would be logical that he'd be allowed to work on training, but then again, it's Italy, so..

If he puts the perfect plan for each game and contact whoever on bench to make changes, then we'll probably get some positive results. He can even skype the HT team talk :D

But lets not forget august would use up one month of the ban. So we would miss him only for sept and oct in the actual season, best of a bad situation.
i'm not worried about the league, as the core of the team has stayed the same and knows hot to work together.

by October our CL season could be decided though....

3 months are fucking bad. Maybe it's not that many games, but it will be fucking bad for our image. Maybe I shouldn't care, you think? Well, I do. I don't like that people think badly about my club, but that's not all. It's gonna hurt our incomes in merchandise etc. as well...

You're making it sound like up until now we were known for one of the most fair clubs in the world.

Well, this is not going to help us after Calciopoli. But I would like to think of Juve as a fair club. I don't know about you?
I wouldn't like to think of Juve as a fair club, because I already do. Besides, almost every football fan who doesn't follow Italian league already thinks we're cheaters. Even if Conte were to prove his innosence, most would still be like "Meh, they probably still cheated but got away this time".
