Fuck this, dont take the plea bargain. Fuck that, how can he be guilty based on one mans words? Take it straight to the civil courts. Its basically hear say evidence ffs.

Conte can clear his name after the ban is served in a civil court, any other option would delay him more.
To avoid allegations completely, would power and influence the Agnelli lack.
Whenever we will rise, FIGC will chop our heads, targetting our most valued persons. They did once with Moggi, found to opposition to send us in B, without bothering to show which exactly games we cheated and how that helped us to win. They wont hesitate to repeat that when its necessary.

This is a clear message to all, before he decides to join us, no matter how good he does, he will be prosecuted and handed a penalty with a shadowy accusation...

If he is innocent, he should fight for his rights. Its pretty unfair that he has to accept being guilty just to deal fast with it.

T...
That sounds like a plan. And this way he could also rip their asses with a hefty sue for image damage etc...

I don't think it's even a possibility but a fact (IF he did accept it officially). Nobody with a sane mind would let people run over him if innocent.

I know a way to find out. We'll throw him in the water, and if he floats he's guilty. If he sinks and dies, he's innocent!

    Flawless plan.
    :disagree:

    This way is more enlightened:

Conte can clear his name after the ban is served in a civil court, any other option would delay him more.
He'd have to fight his case and not accept a plea bargain if he wants to keep routes of appeal open, I'd imagine.

6 Month ban for Preziosi for buying a match, and Conte faces 12 months for not reporting. How the fuck can this be reconciled????????
I don't get how NO ONE AT JUVE is asking these sort of questions?

Fucking throw these fallacies back into the FIGCs face and hit the EU courts for injustice.

This sets a terrible precedence now.

Any player can throw an accusation out, no matter how many come up and say that player is wrong or lying, and throw innocent players/coaches under a bus and get them in trouble.

    The FIGC are fucking pussies.

An army of people could claim innocence and lies of that one person, yet the court sides with that one person?

The fuck kind of country is this?

So Conte is a liar, Carobbio is telling the truth and Palazzi is to be trusted?

I'm not sure about you but I don't buy that.
Don't forget Contes affidavit of what, 20 people all saying Carobbio is lying. Yep, of all the evidence Conte presented and the NO evidence Carobbio/Palazzi haven't shown...Conte is the one lying.

    :howler:

And OJ Simpson really was innocent.

As far as sporting courts that would be the case.
But after the sentence is served, he may admit he was forced to plea guilty, in order to avoid staying out of job for many months and adress the matter to civil courts, who answer to different authoritis and they could not deny the request, since it is not to them whom he was forced to plea:alen:

I don't even know why I follow football from that country. Why is Juventus from Italy? Fuck this, every few years or so someone manages to fuck us in the ass.

Can we set up a poll? Should Conte fight for his innocence and get 12 months ban, or agree to plea bargain and get 3 months?
If he fights for his innocence is it guaranteed he gets a 12month ban?

If I was Agnelli, I would already be looking for a temp replacement for however long Conte is banned for. Fuck it, this is Conte's life we are talking about and no one should have to sacrifice carrying a "criminal tag" for life jut for the sake of a shorter punishment to appease fans.

Either way...if he takes the plea with a short ban it will have a "guilty tag"...if he tries to fight and gets the 12month ban he still gets the "guilty tag" regardless.

Fight for your right to be innocent. Its his life we are talking about. More important than a season.

Don't think that would be an option, unless he found there was something procedurally wrong with the sporting trial - such as the prosecution having withheld evidence or something.

This is just semi-educated guessing, though.
