really he looks a bit like a creep I wouldn't want to meet in a empty street 
you are missing the point. We all know our squad lacks one or two quality players. what we are frustrated about is the lack of playing to our strengths.
4-3-3 is our best formation. what do we do? we use the 4-4-2 (with wrong players) and 3-5-2 even though we look shaky in it.
matri is the top scorer and yet he gets benched for boriello who ha not scored in a year and bring nothing to the team. bonucci gets to play every week, while soresnen is loaned out.
also you cannot pass judgment on elia. he has barely played an entire match, while the likes of boriello, bonucci and padion have gotten chance after chance and failed.
Elia has averaged an assit per match according to amount of minutes he played. how is that not good? what conte is doing to him is shameful. no excuses.
