Err, I don't think he meant that Lazio will win the scudetto, as they obviously will not. He's afraid that Lazio is gonna finish 2nd, and it's a huge possibility that they will.

In a system where a win is worth 3 points and draw only 1 point, the word "unbeaten" doesn't mean anything. A draw is a lot closer to a loss than a win.

5/6 of those midfielders and attackers were what got us the great results in the first half of the season. I'm inclined to believe that some of them are not playing with the same intensity as they had done (Vidal, Marchisio), Vucinic struggles to produce quality regularly, and Pepe has his limitations when the rest of them aren't up to their game. I've gone over the Borriello part because he was awful, but Matri wasn't going to rejuvenate the rest of the players to perform to a higher standard. I don't think you're far from the truth that we lack quality in attack, because we lack a clinical finisher, and there still isn't a Del Piero heir in sight. Basically, we lack Del Piero and Trezeguet.

I wish we dont have to get the same result for the last 3 games.. at least put a win in between so we dont have to be so negative all the time

This is correct! The draws arent contes fault as in every draw the opportunity for win was always present, its the lack of clinical finisher that is the Achilles heal
