Aite, so we are leading the table just heading into the winter break. The team looks ages ahead of any Juve team post- calpoli and a lot of credit goes to Conte. This is definitely a good base for future and seems like after a wait of 5 years we are finally in our first year of the "project", at least it has started.
Having said that and getting a bit more demanding, Conte's subs have been questionable. Especially the way he used Del Piero. I dont have a problem if he does not start him or use him at all, but making him warm up for 20 mins and sending him in for the last 2 mins is pathetic. Just saw last night's game and that was Ale kinda game. He SHOULD have been used, even if it was for the last half hour or so.
Also conte seems to be carrying on the legacy of playing young italian talent (or average talent) with a view of making the national team stronger. No complaints coz that is Juve's tradition. But in the stalemate games against lesser opponents where we consistently drop points and against big teams regardless of their form and standing, i just wish he used experienced players or at least give them 20-30 mins in the end.
Very happy with the team topping the table, but pretty sure all those dropped points (or at least 5 from them) will bite us in the ass at the end of the season. For the team finishing 7th in the past two seasons we should not be disappointed with 2nd or 3rd place finish. But there is a good chance of winning the title this season and i wish we get it.

RE: Set pieces. Apart from a couple, the delivery has been good... but Barz, Bonnuci and Matri aren't really 'explosive' enough to make a difference and Chiellini's wasted about 4-5 easy headers in the last month.
FreeKicks - Pirlo should ONLY pass or else give it to ADP, Pepe, others with power.
And Conte should at least try a 4-2-3-1.
