Yeah that's what he meant I think.

I'd replace Quag with that youngster Silvestro. It's a friendly I wanna see more of him.
You want to build a squad for next season, create routines and make the team understand the various processes that the coach wants them to do. Besides i don't even think that Silvestro will be part of next seasons squad.

What I mean is, at least he shows that he can adapt or try to, which is a step in the right direction.
Ranieri, Zaccherroni, Ferrara and Del Neri tried to change formation, they did it for a game or two and went back to their old lame formation.

I really want someone like Mourinho who doesn't care about a system or DNA, just focuses on what brings results to the team.
are you serious? Mou is all about his system and the players he wants in it! The majority of the time Mou is successful because he goes to clubs with enormous purses and get him whom ever he needs to fill that system

4-3-3, then 4-3-1-2 at Chelsea.

4-3-3, then 4-3-1-2 or 4-3-2-1, then 4-2-3-1 at Inter.

4-2-3-1 at Real.

Clearly an inflexible coach who refuses to adapt depending on the players at his disposal.
Don't forget that he's all about his system.

Reacting like a player more than a coach. I like that kind of enthusiasm for a change. Although all the passion in the world counts for nothing if he wants to bring in Vucinic and play him on the LW.
