No I meant, the intensity with which he seems to already be involved. Personally, I didn't see that with Del Blacks last season. Also the fact, that Conte is clear about not wanting players like Pastore just for the sake of it. Del Neri seemed more like he retrofit everything Marrotta could find on the market. Conte seems better in that respect, although it will count for nothing if it doesn't trasnlate on the pitch.

Conte is a winner and has a winning mentality. Hopefully he can pass it on to the squad.

Delneri was never a true winner and he had a sense of mediocrity about him.

All that talk about winning mentality hardly means anything.

You either a great coach or not, simple.
Exactly and this talk about injecting the Juve spirit in the team is just talk. You either inject good tactics or you just sell shit to tourists.

why didn't he recommend someone like Coulibaly for us?! painful that we are far from a youth team. this 17 yrs old kid is got the potential to be something great.

Could've certainly done with Pastore though.
