Pratically today everybody's lawyers have shown what is wrong with the trial and the prosecution started getting scared that the whole proccess may go down , so they asked almost everybody to plea bargain , they were talking about bonucci and pepe pleaing bargain for 3 months , pratically bonucci went from fixing matches to omitted donounce and they asked a 3 months ban 
And just 15 minutes ago they refused althrough it seems there is still time for pepe to plea .

i see two massive mistakes in this whole episode...first being conte going for the ill-advised plea bargain which gave figc the teeth to attack (along with a lot of neutral fans AND some juve fans on this forum) and second mistake from figc in trying to force a harsher punishment than they should have....now both conte and figc look like a joke and there is no way any authority would allow figc to look wrong even if they are, that would be a huge national joke on italy....so you are right, one way or the other, fairly or unfairly conte is screwed
