Giorgio Perinetti, who worked with Conte at Siena and Bari:

"Conte can do well at Juve if they give him the right soldiers to work with"

"Conte's play relies heavily on the wingers and players get tired, so Conte makes a lot of changes."

hence why conte succeeded with bari and siena, not atalanta, perinetti understood his needs, whether marotta can match that remains to be seen and will be pivotal in determining Conte's success/failures at Juve

His stats as a coach:
http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/en/antonio-conte/aufeinenblick/trainer_3517.html

His best season was with Siena where he won 1.82 points per match. Siena scored 1.61 goals per game and conceded 0.86.

This year 70 points was enough for 3rd place and the CL place for next year, that is 1.84 points per match. This means he will have to have his best season as a coach with us if we want to reach the Champions league next year. There is a difference between Siena and Juventus of course, but the worrying thing is that Siena probably had a more dominating lineup in their league than Juventus will have next year, provided no big changes happen on the transfer market.

This means almost nothing of course just an observation. I am positive Il Capitano will succeed here.
