Look at Motta's reputation right now. Look at Allegri's reputation from after his 2nd tenure at Juve. Look at Pirlo's reputation after getting sacked after 1 season (despite winning 2 trophies).
When it comes to Juve right now, the best thing a coach can do is stay upwind, so they don't get the Juventus stink all over them. And based on the success of our recent high priced signings, I'd say the same about players interested in coming here.
