But he did do incredibly well with Spurs, FA Cup and Conference League eliminations dont take away from that, by far the most important comp is EPL there.
I don’t think he did terrible, but it wasn’t some miracle. C’mon. His competition was eternal chokers Arsenal and the worst Man United ever. Those teams are currently no different than the Romas and Lazios and Napolis of Serie A.

As well as the fact top coaches are expected to balance multiple competitions and get results in them. He has still never managed that anywhere. And we’re not talking about losing to good sides this year. He lost to a Slovenian team that was the lowest ranked team in Conference league and lost to a second division side in FA Cup.

Imo if he took over in the summer and lead them to a top4 finish after getting his wishes in summer transfer window itd have been been a good job, target achieved. He managed to do it with a points handicap, no pre season, no usual Conte transfers of exp players. Its silly to suggest he hasnt done incredibly well there, has completely transformed the team he took over, doing much better than both Nuno and Jose.

He did what I expect from Spurs. He was 2 points behind Arsenal when he took over. Top 4 behind the three teams that are actually better. And got embarrassed badly in every cup comp. He did well in the league and was a disaster in cup comps. Nothing out of the ordinary for him. Top league coach, an embarrassing meme coach in cups.

He averaged two points a game in the league with Spurs, that’s hardly special. Even in this crappy season we averaged 2 points per game until the last three matches where the players were playing for nothing (with the CL secured and scudetto out of reach)

Took over a broken team in free fall that had sacked two managers in the previous 6 months, with a negative goal difference, beyond leaky defense, and a broken Harry Kane that had scored just one goal upto that point.

Turned them into a dominant side, picked up points against pool and city, thrashed Arsenal, activated Harry Kane and fixed the defense to finish with 3rd most clean sheets in the league (behind City and Chelsea) and a massive goal difference. Picked up the most points since he arrived also behind only City and Pool.

Completely turned their season around. Who knows what he could have done with a full preseason and season but not far fetched to have finished above Chelsea.

Imagine believing Conte cannot get a team through CL group stage and that there is something extremely special about cup competitions that he will be forever cursed in. As if it is suddenly not football being played anymore, but some completely different sport and set of rules

And imagine using that repeatedly as your main argument against a coach (to prove that the one you are currently throating for is a genius), but you are quiet when challenged on it.

Allegroids downplaying Conte's remarkable success while simultaneously refusing to call Allegri's season what is quite obviously a failed season by his standards. Imagine it was the other way round.

Conte is what Spurs need now, someone who can teach them to win regularly. Man Utd and Arsenal should've taken him as he'd straighten those dressing rooms out. For the likes of Man City and Liverpool he doesn't fit them well and would only make them worse. I think that's a fair assessment or what he offers and what his limits are.

He got kicked out of every cup competition this season ffs. Hes not capable of competing on multiple fronts as we have seen so far. Its different when competing in knock out competitions as well, as any mistake can be eliminating. You cant win the next few games to make up for it. Jesus Christ...

Failing to get out of conference league group stages is now a succes?
Getting knocked out of the equivalent of CI by the equivalent of benevento is now a success?
That's downright disgraceful and you are a hypocrite if you think so.

You are praising cunte because he failed to win the "who chockes the most competition".
And he sweated to the last minute because prior to the last day he never was in control of his own destiny.

:lol::rofl:

1. Someone is calling Conte forever cursed and a guaranteed failure the sport of cup competitions till he dies
2. I question that to see how certain he really is on that and if he is willing to take up a bet
3. Random Tuzzer then attacks me for apparently praising Conte and throater gang immediately backs said post, as they are quite desperate during these times after all!

Cant make this up :touched: :tuttosport:

Secret of Conte? Before his appointment Spurs didn't reach 110km distance covered per game for 29 consecutive games, after his appointment they beat this number in 22 games. This guy bring insensitivity to his team play.

Can’t believe Juventini still speak highly of this guy.
Forget his coaching record.
The dude abandoned Juve because he didn’t get Juan fucking Iturbe. Left Chelsea after sabotaging their season. Then joined Merda and talked shit about us. Then quit Merda when they needed him (for this I respect him lol). Now he’s threatening to quit Spurs.
No thanks, I’ll pass on this bipolar drama queen every single time.
