True, his first season was legendary but like you said, he had plenty of great players. Vidal and Pirlo mainly. Both players who don't need a great coach to excel.

Chelsea are actually selling almost as much as they are buying - Costa, Matič, Oscar - compare that to Liverpool, Man Utd or City financial policy and you'll see his point.
