annoying? not half as annoying as reading the cow shit comments. It's one thing criticising Conte when they are justified, but when reading things like he's not fit to coach in European competitions having only been manager 3 years, 2 of which were in European competitions is just fucking laughable. no two ways about that.

Is not about how much time he has been in european matches...is his mentality towards it, the way he set up the team, the lack of flexibility, the weird subs he does and last but not least his poor excuses post game.

You cant ignore this.

He is just ebing stubborn
as i've already addressed, his lack of flexibility is not something of his own choice, external factors, club resources and finances have forced this on Conte. You honestly believe Conte is this stubborn? when time and time again we are reading in to how he wants quality to mount a charge in europe and also to allow tactical flexibility? is it no coincidence that we are linked with the likes of nani and Sanchez? you honestly think they will be brought in to play 3-5-2? because i sure as hell don't.

Poor excuses has nothing to do with success or defeat on the pitch, mourinho has had his fair share and alex ferguson too, hell even benitez comes out with some real bullshit soundbites in the media.

Contes 1st two seasons in Europe CL quarterfinal and EL semifinal.
Klopps first two seasons in Europe EL group stages and CL group stages.

Klopps 3rd season in Europe CL final
Contes 3rd season in Europe ..... :D
funny you mention that, i wonder if dortmund fans were thinking klopp is stubborn and not fit to coach in europe after his first 2 seasons in european competition

So it's Conte's fault that marotta can only sign players within a strict financial control which is limited compared to most of the other big clubs in Europe? Is it Conte's fault that because of this he is forced to play a 3-5-2? 3 FUCKING SEASONS IN CHARGE and people already writing him off as a manager??? OH FUCKING PLEASE!!!!!!!
Ogbonna, Isla, Asamoah That is 35 million euro + only one of those players plays regularly and thats out of position. Conte could have build a team for a 4-3-3 if he wanted to but he chose 3-5-2 instead. They are Conte's signings not Marotta's. Ogbonna was a stupid purchase it showed he had no intention of playing 4-3-3 this season.

Conte is not Klopp though, they are completely different managers. One manager is playing modern attacking football the other is playing stone age long ball defensive football without a counter attack :sergio:

we needed another defender this season, I'm not a fan of ogbonna but having had to play marrone in defence in the past wasn't going to cut it, another defender was a necessity. Marotta was the one who was a little foolish in paying over the odds for ogbonna imo, but thats another matter.

Isla and Asamoah were excellent signings at the time, unfortunately isla hasn't worked out as well as asamoah has. but any how as i said before you don't go to war without building an empire. like it or not we are still building

one league title in how many years?

Conte is about to win 3 in 3. and you of all people should know that winning the league is harder than winning in europe.

But if he wanted to play 4-3-3 we didn't need Ogbonna then because we already had 3 centre backs to rotate for 2 positions, 4 if u include Caceres in that as he regularly plays CB for us.

Conte never wanted to play 4-3-3 this season that is the point i'm trying to make.

OMG

So why don't we sacrifice winning the league for a tournament we're dying to win, that is way more prestigious and would help our finances exponentially more than a Scudetto?

that is untrue, we needed another centre back to maintain the option of the 3-5-2, but our inabilities to sign a winger last summer forced Conte into the 3-5-2 being his only option. I'm confident to believe that this summer will be about adding players of quality and tactical flexibility.

There is no evidence he ever wanted to play 4-3-3 this season, i dont see any arguments that can back that up so i think u are very naive for believing that as all the signings point towards a 3-5-2 formation was his clear priority.

That is funny.

Maybe we should step in. :D
Haha if only we could :D

we loaned out marrone who was largely used as a CB, so because of this he needed another CB to maintain the 3-5-2 game plan. We were linked with a host of wingers last summer (especially nani) unfortunately it didn't take priority over strengthening the 3-5-2 plan. As i've explained before the management have had a year to plan their market moves for the summer and indications show that a winger is a priority, that already tells me that Conte needs an alternative to the 3-5-2.
