It's laughable people want Conte fired, but it's just as retarded laughing of Prandelli.

Why do people think Prandelli is a bad coach?

Does well at Parma, Fiorentina, and Italy? (All average)

Am I missing something? Did people expect those teams win the the respected competitions they were in? He wasn't exactly managing Barcelona or Spain.

Also people forget that Italy was his first international job, he took that average team to the final of Euro 2012.

Yeah, he's Italian. According to people on this forum, Italian coaches and players are either vastly overrated or vastly underrated.

I wanted him to ask the team to attack more but when I saw how Madrid react to the smallest of space I realized why he took the cautious approach. Even for the equalizing goal we did not push so fiercely and after that we were extremely exhausted and pressure would simply expose us to a fatal loss. Now it's totally up to him to bring the six needed points that see us through.

I never said i wanted him fired and anyone who says that should be slapped!!

I want some sense brought into him. His game plans are well-read by those better coaches..... Bragging about how Catania, Torino and Genoa were so weak against us isnt really an argument. They are shit clubs with shit clubs and teams who are candidates for relegation.

I gave up on Conte after he got back to the 3-5-2 after the first Madrid game. That was my "test" for Conte. I told myself, if he doesnt play 4-3-3 the following weekend (against Genoa that was) i will stop believing in him. I swear, its like he did it on purpose, its like he said "Well, we played awesome in the 4-3-3 against Real Madrid, but im not gonna change my 3-5-2 system so it wont turn out that others know more than me.".

It is just frustrating to watch this team in the 3-5-2. I cant do it anymore. We think that by beating fucking Genoa or a fucking Catania that we are the best of the best.....Fuck the 3-5-2. I am so frustrated.
Cool story but we played 4-3-3 tonight. We also played two fantastic games with the 3-5-2 before the Parma game.

1. so failing to beat madrid tonight somehow wipes out winning 4 trophies in over 2 years?

2. We f*cking played real madrid tonight not catanzaro! so getting Italy to a championship final and losing is considered more of an achievement as gaining a point against a world class real madrid? yeah ok... i guess so is drawing to armenia

3.

4. did i say that? no if anything you threw in mancini's name into this

5. comparing mancini to Conte???

Ok this is my last response after this you can reply with what ever.

1. My problem wasn't the fact we "drew with Madrid" it was the manor in which we did. Dude we were on the ropes for like 30 minutes and he waited until the 80th minute to put on his subs. Even after we made it 2-2, the guy just stuck with the team he had, and din't go for the final push until the game was settled.

2. Juventus > Italy and Spain > Madrid , so yea

3. Mancini? 2 league wins with Inter, 1 league win with Mancity hardly something to laugh about it.

4. I threw it in because it is comparable, both men appeared geared up for the league but lack the CL pedigree.

5. To be fair that that remains to be seen, it's too early too judge I admit, we will have to wait to see Conte in the CL for a few more seasons first. However this is the impression he gives me so far, if I'm wrong in a season or two I will apologize.

This. Plus he forgot to replace exhausted Marchisio
several players looked exhausted IMO, which is why it was even more surprising why the it took until the 80th and 85 minute to put our subs on. Quag looked rather sharp when he came on as well
