Because Conte took as as far as we can go, at least I believe so. Prandelli has over achieved with every team he's managed so far, his record speaks for himself.

And to those who claim "Conte saved us" how exactly? He kept the same team on which nearly cost us the match, when we were both physically and mentally worn out

prandelli has overachieved? what by winning nothing in his entire career?

I'll tell you how Conte has saved us,

2 successive Scudetti and 2 Supercups

thats more than what prandelli has ever won and ever will and thats with Prandelli having been a manager for a lot longer

With a tired team and Madrid's counter attacking prowess trying to go for a balanced ending was smartest, we are not quite at a stick or twist situation yet.

can someone explain the 8 corners in a row that went from pirlo to asamoah that resulted in nothing?

does he not conte not know how to take advantge of tall players like bonucii, llorente and pogba?
Got to agree on this one.

We always look dangerous when we cross the ball in from corners.

I still hate the way he doesn't get the team pressing. We just sit back and let teams knock it around us without really stopping them. That sort of tactic is just asking for trouble because 1 mistake and they most like will get a chance to score since we are so deep in our own half.

Conte has to get the team playing further forward we spend to much time in out own half.

I gave up on Conte after he got back to the 3-5-2 after the first Madrid game. That was my "test" for Conte. I told myself, if he doesnt play 4-3-3 the following weekend (against Genoa that was) i will stop believing in him. I swear, its like he did it on purpose, its like he said "Well, we played awesome in the 4-3-3 against Real Madrid, but im not gonna change my 3-5-2 system so it wont turn out that others know more than me.".

It is just frustrating to watch this team in the 3-5-2. I cant do it anymore. We think that by beating fucking Genoa or a fucking Catania that we are the best of the best.....Fuck the 3-5-2. I am so frustrated.

1. 2 scudetti for the last 2 seasons =/= "save us against the real madrid match tonight".
2. Prandelli has over achieved because his teams were never expected to win anything and he took them beyond their expectations. Loosing against arguably the best national team this sport has ever witnessed against with a an average Italy, in the Euro 2012 Final, under his first International job, itself is an achievement.
3. Had Prandelli been giving the quality Conte has had, who is to say he won't do better.
4. By your logic, Inter + Man City should have stuck with Mancini.
5. I'm not saying Conte is a terrible manager, but much like what Mancini was at Inter, he took them as far as we can go.

1. so failing to beat madrid tonight somehow wipes out winning 4 trophies in over 2 years?

2. We f*cking played real madrid tonight not catanzaro! so getting Italy to a championship final and losing is considered more of an achievement as gaining a point against a world class real madrid? yeah ok... i guess so is drawing to armenia

3.

4. did i say that? no if anything you threw in mancini's name into this

5. comparing mancini to Conte???
