so andy is using the v-bookie thing as cover to make it look like everyone else is heavy handed and anally retentive. the fact of the matter is that some memebers of the mod team felt that burke should be banned for various comments made. andy always bailed him out when this happened and it was causing ill feeling. burke was again banned and it was then that jack discovered that burke was using andys account so he could unban himself, and also to see what the mods had been discussing in the bat-cave.
andy made a big song and dance about resigning and continually harks on about the v-bookie thing rather than the real cause.

why does all the good stuff happen when i am stuck at work and unable to access it??

Now I thought you were a little more astute than this, Bozi. I already admitted that I should not be a mod and furthermore stated first off that it was the dealings with Burke to piss you lot off the most, so no need to come in here and walk around like some big mod douche who thinks he saved the day.

But apparently, like Fliakis, you want to feel like you saved the day here. :D

Neither Fli nor Bozi are acting like they are saving the day. I actually respect their opinion because they are standing to what a moderation team is all about.

It is a team where all have to stand with each other and take the same word, and quite frankly you were never a part of that team. It is not about the money nor about unbanning Burke nor anything of the sort, it is all about standing with the decision of that team and you never respected that.

Take it like a man and continue your discussion in this thread and stop hiding in NATW where there are no rules. Can you keep it up without insults?

So you're going to expect me to be loyal to people I barely speak with and have never met at the expense of my best friend whom I have known for years... hahahahaha. No offense but that's simply absurd to care about some moderatering team and actually take it to this extent of this nonsense. Like I have said before, this is simply a football forum which shouldn't be taken this seriously and should never interfere with your "normal life."

So yes... I was never part of this cohesive "team" and you're absolute fools for ever believing I was. Moreover, if you lot actually consider yourself a member of this supposed "team" and actually consider this as a priviledged duty... you seriously need some help.

Take it like a man? I've always taken it like a man... that's why I resigned on the spot and unbanned Burke because 'men" don't wet their panties every time somebody dishes out an insult, unlike Fliakis. But I'm sure you know what you're talking about, Jack. Afterall, labling every person a Barcelona fan is surely taking things like a man.

People are making too much of a deal out of nothing. I let Burke off the hook, let him use my account and finally resigned from your laughable "team." That's the story here.

If you don't believe that becoming a mod in one of the most important forums for Juventus worldwide is a privileged duty, why did you accept that moderating role from the beginning?

To be honest I don't think Andy is at fault here. We all are who we are and choosing the wrong people for moderators gives undesirable results. Not that it's easy, back in my day there were so few people we considered suitable that we were constantly short staffed. But if you choose someone like Andy who just isn't interested in the function then you shouldn't be blaming him for not being who you want him to be.

I guess these forums things are pretty serious business. I just though ppl came on here to chat and debate. I guess I am a bit naive. Scandal on the forums. It is almost amusing if it wasnt so bemusing.

I always said that, moderators here were chosen Randomly, am not pointing at Andy, I don't remember I had any problem with him (for being a mod), but at your time , everything was different and under control..

Andy keeps saying what's the difference, and that we shouldn't take this forum seriously, we all saw what this forum turned to when other moderators were thinking like that too, something down to the toilet level..

Considering yourself Andy and also considering that you're saying the truth, so he didn't accept such a role for making this forums better by fair sane moderation. Again taking into account what you've just said; Power and Curiosity, hence, what happened was justice, in my opinion.

And if we are asking for opinions, I'll give one:

Religion is for the scared and weak of heart.
