After the V3i they made a lot of shit phones. But now they do have decent devices. Also their lower end phones are great. I have its C168 as my backup phone and its great. Bloody thing can take a truck over it, pretty good battery backup and reception is much better than my Nokia E66.

Because they make shitty devices. Their only stake was the Razr whose product lifecycle lasted only 3 years. The need to stick with what they are good at and bow out of the consumer mobile handset market
