I think the intimidating actions and events from Naples' fan and players got to him. Just look how frustated he was at the end of the game.

agreed. he was way too casual in his approach to the game. that doesn't work when the ref is not on your side and the opposition players want to use rugby tackles on you.

It was a somewhat predictable performance. He's getting very close to becoming a player that can't play in every circumstance. Especially with Pogba emerging. There is no need for Pirlo to play 90 minutes in matches where he simply can't keep up.

His effort on Inler's goal was just shocking. You'd think such an intelligent player would put more effort into challenging a shot from such a dangerous long shooter.

This place is killing me :D . Whenever we asserted possession at the Napoli half it was Pirlo doing his thing. He's never been a tackler, blocker or defensively minded player. He's good at intercepting the ball.

Just because we lose doesn't mean we should pour shit on the players who did their thing as usual, Pirlo did his job pretty well.

he really want the referee call every foul on him, we can't depended on referee' call especially this kind of scumbag referee. two man marking him tightly, and yet he still playing his trick, why he doesn't make it simple.
So you're saying Pirlo shouldn't allow himself to be fouled because the ref might not call it?
