True all that except the bolded part..to match the players you request to your style/thesis, you need a clear and distinct way of playing which the winemaker doesn't have. Anyone know what the fuck it is he is trying to do?
Looking at this team trying to shuffle and cover ground without the ball especially is painful, and this is the most basic thing in team organization.

Klopp can say to peeperpool my players are fading I need 250m to build a similar team and you'd know exactly what is lacking and what they need, not us, we have no identity.
Yeah, it's actually quite obvious when he has Morata and Arthur available.

If Pandemic Pirlo is serious about his coaching job and wants to implement his 'thesis' on the pitch and develop an identity, he should request for certain player profiles that suit his football otherwise next season is gonna be more or less the same as this season.
Morata, Mckennie and Chiesa are supposed to be Pirlo requests and yet the team regressed even compared to last year.

With thee coached in three years, it's painfully obvious it's not their fault. At some point, rather sooner than later, you have to give the team some continuity in coaching.

Was Pirlo the right man for the job? Obviously he wasn't last season but that choice was made and his team is (very) slowly showing signs of improvement. Now stick with the progress and give him some f*cking half decent material to work with.

Well, that was expected and I’m fine with it as long as we at least get a CL spot.

Next season he will have a better chance to implement his ideas and work out the things he learned on this one. The pressure on being a coach with no experience will be gone and with a bit of luck and the right transfers we should be ok.

That is if he turns out to be a somewhat decent coach, which is still a huge question mark at this point. Could just as well be another season to forget, since he offers zero guarantees, which is why I'm against keeping him.

If you were to tell me we’re getting Klopp or someone on that level Pirlo could fuck off today for all I care but I don’t see the point in replacing the guy with the Gasperinis of the world. They offer no guarantees either.

I think it will really come down to whether or not we have a successful transfer window. That mid issue isn’t fixing itself.

I'm fine with it as well. I don't want to see another Italian coach brought in to keep the merry-go-round going.

But they need to be planning for next season now as well as ensure they get the CL spot. They better know what the deal is with Ronaldo. And Pirlo also should be growing his pair and laying into some of these players to make sure they grow a pair next season.

What they offer is that they at least get the coaching basics right. Is there a coach out there that's not an upgrade over Pirlo?

Well, Sarri had experience at two big clubs and sometimes it looked like we didn't understand footballing basics either. I'm very doubtful Gasp would really change anything at all.

The positive thing is he had to be better than this season otherwise the board would have no choice but to sack him, meaning next season is his last one if his tactics, player management skills don't improve.
That depends. Our expectations have been downgraded significantly.

It used to be win the the Scudetto and have a decent run in the CL. At some point we got so far ahead of ourselves that the expectation was win the CL. The Scudetto was no longer good enough, it was a given.

In less than two seasons, Sarri, Pirlo and the management managed to bring us down to earth and now it seems the expectation is make top 4. And it actually cost the club hundreds of millions to get from win the Scudetto and challenge for CL to make top 4.

No worries next year all will be fixed.
Pirlo has incorporated a program to improve foot accuracy and stamina. When mastered each player will be able to avoid stomping on and will be able to catch each grape between the toes and squeeze. They might as well carve "Juventus" on next years CL title right now.

Both yesterday and today we focused on ball possession. Wow Amazing Pirlo sussed our biggest weakness out, soon we will be masters at passing around the box.
