He was great tonight, wonderful assist, spread the ball around like in a good old days. I'll even neglect that error he made in the beginning as it shouldn't tarnish his overall performance. He's man of a great intellect on the pitch, ingenuity, the one who isn't reliant on physique, therefore the aging doesn't make that much of an impact on players of his sort, somewhat dying breed in modern game...but despite of all I firmly believe that our future is without him, as there comes a time when neither great intellect and understanding of a game can help you to overcome the age barrier, good games become sort of a rarity. Question of his demands can be raised as well, rather exorbitant ones if reported 4m per year is true, but we'll see in the following weeks how we handle this issue. Also there aren't any serious teams in CL who depend on a brilliant mind of 35 year old playmaker. IMO
